Very disappointed with their service. I made the order over the phone from New Brunswick. I prefer to support local instead of FTD type of service. Very pleasant and courteous however arrangement was very disappointing. I asked to have photo of arrangement sent to me to see what I was paying for. It wasn’t sent so my family member sent me a pic. I asked for some purple flowers but also cheery in the $75 range before tax and delivery. Flowers were dark and did not reflect the price point in my opinion. I called to let them know I was disappointed hoping at the least I would get a small credit for future purchases. The response was to ask my bereaved family member to return them to exchange for something else. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Beautiful arrangements and lovely helpful staff! The flowers are always beautiful and these smelled incredible. Staff is super friendly! There shop has so many wonderful gift ideas!

The flower arrangement was beautiful and my sister LOVED it! (However, when compared to the online picture of what I ordered, mine came with significantly fewer colourful blossoms and more greenery filler. I had upgraded to the item matching the online photo. That part is disappointing, even though it is still a beautiful arrangement.)

I was unable to send Christmas gifts to my cousin in Stony Plain Alberta due to the post strike . I called every flower shop in her city no one could deliver her flowers. I called Pretty Little Flowers in Spruce Grove . They said they could do it . She was so surprised at the beautiful Christmas arrangement from me through them . It made both our Christmas.
