I recently visited an Indian & Pakistani grocery shop and had a really good experience. The shop was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of Indian & Pakistani products—from fresh vegetables and spices to snacks, frozen foods, and household items. Everything was easy to find, and the shelves were neatly arranged.

What stood out the most was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions and even gave suggestions when I wasn't sure what to get. It made shopping feel comfortable and welcoming. Overall, it's a great place to get authentic Indian & Pakistani groceries with excellent customer service!

5 Stars - Best Desi Grocery Store in Town!

Prime Halal Meats and Desi Grocery is hands down the best spot for Pakistani and Indian groceries! They have everything you could need — from basic groceries, spices, and snacks to a fantastic selection of fresh halal meats. The quality is consistently excellent, the store is clean and organized, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Their meat is always fresh, custom cut to your preference, and their prices across the entire store are very reasonable compared to other Desi stores. Shopping here feels easy and welcoming, and it’s amazing to have such a complete selection of Desi essentials all under one roof.

Moved to the Welland area recently since then coming here for all my halal meat needs here. Clean and well maintained store. Also have a decent frozen halal section also. Definitely recommend.

It’s an amazing halal grocery store especially because they are considerate about the diversity and provides such good and fresh products that gives us nostalgia of our homes. Also if you are a spice lover there is a huge variety of Shan spices in this store so please do check it out for your groceries.

The Halal meat and groceries store in Welland was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and i was amazed to find the halal Goat, beef and chicken here. I bought meat and pakistani and indian groceries here. The store is located on 440 Niagara street, Welland Ontario canada. Definitely recommend 👍.

I stopped in while at the bank. I love cooking all different kinds of ethnic dishes, including East Indian so this is a great shop for me. The store was clean and well organized. The butcher area had a good selection of fresh meat and poultry. I did manage to purchase a few items of interest. There was something I inquired about but the younger staff member didn’t know what it was ( yellow lentils). He told me they didn’t have any, but I managed to find a bag on the bottom shelf. I would have given a perfect rating but having someone serving you knowing the stock would be an asset. He was not able to help with another item as well, but that’s ok . Knowledge includes experience! Next time a five star rating! Wishing the owners the very best in this community! Welcome!🥰

Very well maintained place. Good meat quality. Halal chicken goat veal. Any cut you want they got you. Affordable Indian, Pakistani groceries. Polite staff with the best attitude. Highly recommended.

The staff is remarkable, the store is very well stocked with a variety of everything from everywhere. The fresh meat is wonderful, and you know it is quality that has been prepared right, after all it is Halal meat. I have too mention the staff again they are wonderful, helpful, accepting , inviting and so kind. The prices are great, and they get new things in all the time. They are growing adding new things. Their ready made food is very tasty….. they are located in the scotia bank plaza , corner of niagara and thorold, i urge everyone to give them a try……
