Excellent experience, I definitely have to say the customer service is what you expect when it come to a small business in mission, and that's exactly what I got . Yes I might of only purchased a lawn mower blade but it's the knowledge and kindness of the employees that have my business for years come. Not to mention the price was actually better then the big box store and they had it in stock not like the other store.

Had different dealer try to put a new chain on my chainsaw. They put it on backwards and messed up the brake. Came to Prospect and they fixed the chain and the brake in a matter of minutes. Professional, fast and courteous service. Well worth the drive from Maple Ridge. So happy I found them and will be bringing all my tools here for service.

I had 2 recent dealings with Prospect Equipment. The first ....took my lawnmower in for a service ( first service in 5 years) . They did a great job and at a fair price.

The second time.... my gas trimmer needed ( I thought) a new trimmer head. Cody told me they had lots of trimmer heads, and they could find one for me. Just bring it down. I took the trimmer in, and he took it into the back. He came back and told me he could sell me a new trimmer head, but that he cleaned up my old head, and there is now nothing wrong with it. He was right... it works like a charm. He spent about 30 mins in the back, fixing the trimmer and then another 20 mins out front, talking to me. I asked how much I owe... his answer..... nothing, all good.

Worth 10 stars! And kudos to Cody!

They messed up!! So why the 5 stars? Because I didn't say anything. They called me and told me. I didn't have to chase them or even ask. Then they went above and beyond to make it right. That's how you run a business!! Relationships before profit! Pascal and his team are second to none!

Staff that have very good product knowledge, alway helpful and very friendly. Have a shop that is stocked wall to wall with STIHL,Husqvarna Honda and other products. A large selection of STIHL merchandise/apparel. A great service repair team. I travel from the U K to British Columbia to deal with this fine team of people. That sums them up for me.
