My husband and I visited here for the pick your own apples and we had such a lovely time!
The staff is hard to locate, although once you do find someone theyre very kind. There is tons of parking and the farm is large with lots to discover! You can really feel and see the rich history of this farm which is so comforting. Prices are also very reasonable.
The only down side besides having a hard time locating staff I'd say is definitely all of the trash and litter left everywhere. It was a little off putting, there was just so much of it, everywhere.
Otherwise, very enjoyable time 🙂

We had a lovely day at Puddicombe Farms, Winery & Cider—a great destination for a relaxed and fun family outing. The farm is beautifully set among scenic hills and forested areas, giving you a real countryside feel just a short drive from the city.
One of the highlights for the kids was the adorable small train ride that loops through the property. There's also a wagon ride that takes you from the ticket area to the farm area, which was a nice touch and added to the farm experience. It really helps set the tone for a fun day outdoors.
The gift shop and alcohol shop were a nice surprise,well-stocked with unique items and farm made drinks, including peach beer, ciders, and other seasonal creations. Definitely worth grabbing a few bottles to take home.
We also stayed for dinner and found the food to be decent and satisfying, though nothing particularly fancy. It's more about the ambiance and experience than gourmet dining, which worked perfectly for us.
There’s plenty of space to walk around, and the natural setting makes for great photo opportunities and a peaceful vibe overall. The staff were friendly, and everything felt well organized.
The only reason it’s a 4-star instead of 5 is that while everything was enjoyable, a few things like wait times or minor upkeep around the grounds could be improved. Still, we had a really nice time and would definitely come back especially during the fall season when the farm must look even more stunning.

Free parking & free entry, train ride is fun & scenic view, cherry baskets are expensive for picking, 1 basket should not be mandatory for 2 people, there should be small options too for kids, but cherries are sweet & nice

I have picked cherries here in the past and have been happy with the whole experience. Today however I was so disappointed. Every tree has rotten cherries. I understand it's unpredictable with the weather and the crop you get but we paid $50 for a 8L bucket and struggled to fill it. There was no disclaimer or warning that most of the fruit was unpickable and they do NOT give refunds so it feels a bit shady.
