Happened to be in Wellesley today looking for a particular local product but having no luck. Stopped in to Pym's on a whim and was met with the friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered in ages. They dropped what they were doing to help us, located the business and even wrote down directions for us. We bought a freshly made sub for our lunch (which was a great value) and some sausage made in-house for our dinner (which was also fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced). Just a wonderful little hidden gem of a store!

Owner and employees are always helpful and pleasant. You won’t get this type of service at any other grocery store. Thanks for bringing in more variety to the store. It is clear the effort is there to compete in pricing with big grocery chains but keep in mind, this is a wonderful, privately owned business that we should all be proud to support.

This place has everything you'll ever need, but it's too expensive one time I went there for 3 hubba bubba packs with some friends it ended up being $9.50 like how?

Love this place. Always blown away at how much that pack into this store. They have all the essentials that you need and the staff are great, even offer carry out service if you need it. Prices are what you would expect at any other store so your not paying extra even thought it is so close and local. Thank you for all you do in serving this community.

Picked up a great ready to eat wrap sandwich on my way through town BUT.. Young lady at cash insisted that a day old small 3/4 full (so a really really small portion) 'penne with feta' container was marked down to a hand written $7.98, not, as was obvious to everyone else, $1.98. When i pointed out the correct price she behaved like I was trying to con her and unpleasantly answered that no, it was $7.98. That the $1.98 wasn't screaming obvious to her was really quite incredible. I left it there, obviously. Otherwise great wrap sandwich. Pretty well stocked store, as it was when I used to shop there regularly 25 years ago.

Happy to have this little gem in our little village of Wellesley. Great for a weekly grocery shop or for picking up a few things. We love the meat department - top quality steak and roasts. We also like the house-made sausage and schnitzel.
