It's a lovely little grocery store. However; it can get very busy, and when it does, the checkouts leave little room for the lineups. It also feels a tad dated. A slight touch-up here and there would help it greatly. Apart from that, the staff have always been helpful.

The 2 star rating does not include the staff or the store itself, both of which are great.
The 2 stars rates the very high prices on both regular and sale priced items.
Quality Foods is 2 blocks from my home but I simply cannot afford to shop there. Even if I need just 1 item such as ground coffee, the prices are so out of my reach that I'd rather go without coffee until I can get to a better priced store.

Quality Foods does not consider average citizens struggle with the high cost of living, instead it embraces it contributes to the problem.

Just insane how they price things that you can buy at 4 other stores in the same town. At least 25% more than most other options for the exact same items. Gouging at its finest….. Do better, Quality Foods

I went to pick up the grab and go meal
I found some hot wings and picked up a package of nanaimo bars for family. There was an incident of a man on the floor. It looked like he had lots of attention he needed from the staff. There were only 3 tills open, and people lined up at all of the tills. A nice toung vashier ooened another till.quickly to get the vustomers through quickly. I would return.

They sell rotten meat.
Just go anytime and look in their meat section. And once it goes green and brown they just put a $2 off sticker.
They are consistently selling spoiled food to the community.

Great store to shop at and they had what I needed. Only constructive critism I would suggest, when there are long line ups at the till. I would instruct the employees walking around the store sweeping to put down the broom and help out.

Bought bacon 26 days expired and almost fed it to my family the same day. I called immediately and brought it back the next day. Only response was, “well none of the other packages were expired”. Zero concern. Makes me wonder what’s in the takeout…

Prices are crazy expensive...didnt get much there except sale and bogo items..3.19 for a small atulfo mango and 8 bucks for a tiny papaya.. hot deli is great, good fresh take out Chinese. Service is fast, line ups are short and real people check you out.
