I found them through a referral from a friend of mine in Halifax. Organic Grass Fed, Grass Finished Beef. Excellent Quality at box store prices or less. Order your cuts exactly how you want them, drive up and they bring your order out. I bought 2 inch Ribeyes and NY Strips, whole chickens and bone-in skin-on chicken breasts. Next time I'm going to try their Buffalo cuts. I'll definitely be back 🙂

Butcher for local farms. Provides many different options that are out of the norm, including duck, quail, elk, bison, water buffalo, llama etc. as well as traditional cuts of meat including veal and lamb. If you want to walk on the wild side of meat, I definitely suggest you go here. I tried Elk steak for the first time and it was tasty. The will do bulk orders like a half cow etc. The only thing was the person who helped us didn't really have any suggestions for cooking the elk steaks because she is vegetarian (and I don't blame her). Steer clear if you are sensitive to blood or meat since the butcher is right in the open when you walk in, but your meat really can't get much fresher. Overall, if you are a meat eater and want to explore your adventurous side or just want a juicy steak, I suggest you go here.
