This is not freekeh at all. The bag says freekeh, but it’s just plain wheat. Very misleading and unacceptable

I brought quality wheat atta, when i opend the bag had bad smell/odor contacted the company do date no response.
The bag does not have expiry date which it should just the batch no.
Please do not buy quality co products they have no customer service . Looks like the company does not care.

We bought haldiram phulka from superstore confederation saskatoon. They are very poor quality. We Ask them replace it but they refused. We request you to do the needful. We have 7 pkts.

I would give a zero star but that option doesn’t exist!
I bought a 4.54kg of brown basmati rice and I cooked some a couple days later. I’ve been cooking rice for over 40 years and this is the worst rice I’ve ever seen. It broke down to what looked like couscous, if I wanted couscous I’ll buy couscous; I wanted rice so I bought rice.

I contacted the company numerous times and have had no response from them.

I contacted the seller, Canadian superstore, where I bought the rice and they said to contact Quality natural foods.

I contacted the Canadian food inspection agency who also said to contact quality natural foods.

In the end I have this bag of useless rice which no one is willing to help with. I would never recommend anyone buying this rice from this company.

Stale food out of the package with an expired oil smell. Into the garbage can it goes. Will avoid Haldiram snacks for now. They used to be known for quality when we went to a local branch in Delhi but this snack was horrible.

I bought their Whole Wheat Flour (Chakki Atta) and this was the worst flour I have ever used in my life. I contacted the company about it and no response what so ever. Never buy again.
