I love the location, and it's cute. But, the flowers needed a little water. And the cafe was popular, I bit of a line, I didn't get anything. Next time I will, it must be good coffee.

Stopped by for coffee, they have a lovely garden space and modern looking glass cafe. I like how it gives you the opportunity to tune out busy Queen St, while enjoying a cup of coffee and taking in the beautiful greenery. Very pet and stroller friendly as well and the baristas are very friendly! Will definitely be returning here. It is a bit hidden and blends in the garden centre. I think there could be better signage to clearly let ppl know there is a cafe and the things they serve for more business, but the chairs at front help.

I just moved to the area, and for the first time I have a lovely back yard. Having zero gardening experience and not knowing anything about climate in Toronto, I ventured into Queen Garden Centre. The help, advice, and attention I got were all amazing. Both workers who helped me throughout the day were extremely knowledgable, patient, polite, and excited to help. I love the approach of the people running this centre where they only stock plants and flowers that return every year and can be planted outside in pots or ground in this region specifically. I got lots of help picking my first gorgeous shrub - Korean Lilac. I was walked through watering, sunlight, planting, feeding, and more! I think total I talked to the workers for an hour if not more asking a 1000 questions and not once I was made feel like a burden. The entire time my questions were met with enthusiasm and desire to help me learn. Definitely coming back for more plants!

We have had some work done by Queen Garden Centre - in the spring some new planting and clearing away of trees that had died and last week a new fence and gate since the old one (not so old, actually) was collapsing. The work is absolutely stunning. Mairton, Philip, Doug and the rest of the people who worked on the job were completely wonderful.

Purchased around $1000 of plants, trees, and planters last summer which I was assured were hearty enough to survive winter. Fast forward to this spring; everything is dead.

I spoke to someone in person about the issue and was assured they would “make it right.” I never received a callback. I called and again spoke to the employee and again was told “they’ll help me out.” Never received a call.

I feel ripped off but I don’t have time to chase this down. Had I been supported, I probably would’ve bought many thousands more in products. Instead, I’ve cut my losses and will just shop elsewhere.

Customer service is above and beyond! Staff are knowledgeable. Love the atmosphere and the vibe!

Bought the willow and returned for the planter. I didn't feel the tapered look, was what would go well with the plant and my balcony. Showed the team a photo of the plant size, placement and my balcony. The staff had the eye and setup the planter for me to transplant the beautiful willow in. Recommended the fertilizer and soil. One stop shop for the entire package. Thank you Team Queen Garden Centre!! See you in a couple weeks for the sun flowers 😉

The neighbors at Rise Cycling recommended this spot and I'm so glad they did!!! I love the little cafe and seating area. The London Fog and amazing scones are excellent, with free wi-fi and covered seating area. The birds chirping and wonderful plants around you make you feel like you've left the city. Come here and grab a cup of coffee.
