The frozen food section is great. I love the frozen soups they have, made locally . They carry Shaws ice cream also made in Canada and it’s awesome.
There is frozen veggies and fruits which are very good. They also carry numerous other items that are made in Canada and a lot are locally made.
I really enjoy this shop . Also home to Rachael’s butter tarts ! You need to try it .

My step mom mentioned this place to me as she has tried a couple of things from here, so we headed in to check it out. Place is located across from Shoelace Joe's in QW, right off the 401. The woman at the cash was lovely, very kind. I asked her what her favorite thing to eat from there was and she said the little pot pies are delicious, and her fav. I mentioned that they look very small but she explained that they are quite filling, especially if you have a salad with it - it is a very satisfying lunch.

They have Rachel's tarts in there, and they also have "Oopsies" so a pkg of 6 are like $4.50 from what I remember (don't quote me lol, but they are definitely less that the normal 6 pk and look totally fine).

They have pkgs of soup that would totally feed two people comfortably, especially if you had a little salad or sammie to go with it. The soups were on sale for $5. I bought the French onion, and it was excellent. I also bought a pkg of macaroni and cheese and it was really good (also $5). It would feed two people w/ a salad (or not). I think the normal price of them is $6.50.

Besides the freezer foods/fruits/veggies, they have a variety of preserves and items like this (things you would put in a gift basket for eg). I found those to be more expensive, so I didn't splurge.

Store is not very big inside but was very clean and bright.

This place is large, clean, and has an outlet open to the public. Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm, Sunday 10am - 4 pm. They have a variety of frozen meal options : rice pilaf with vegetables, stir fry medlies, mac and cheese, Alfredo sauce, marinara sauce. Frozen vegetables: diced onions, carrots, potatoes, French fries, breakfast hash browns. Snack foods, like Picards Chip Peanuts, other snacks from local suppliers, Garofalo Dried Pasta, Cheese from Pine River ( I think), frozen beef, pork, bacon, chicken, chicken wings, lasagna etc. Amazing Butter Tarts and other great baked goodies, jams and soups, salad dressings, marinades. Gluten-free options. Staff are lovely, knowledgeable, and happy to help out. I forgot to bring my phone.. ugh, so didn't get pictures. Brilliant addition to Quinte West.

Coming here use Google maps GPS takes you further east on 401 to a wrong place excellent people fast loading shipping recivig is around the back great experience keep it up guys 👍👍
