What a gem! I'm not exaggerating when I say that Radical Gardens is in my top 10 restaurants ever across the cities/towns I've visited. We were lucky enough to catch the chef special of the week, their pulled pork bao buns (and my partner got their classic burger), and everything was packed full of flavour. Not only are the main dishes delicious, their desserts are to die for with some unique flavour combos and generous portions (we got the pistachio espresso pictured here)!

You can really taste the quality of their locally sourced ingredients, and they have a clearly marked menu of GF and vegetarian/vegan items. The staff are always so kind! Unfortunately they no longer have indoor seating, but their patio is truly beautiful in the summer!

PHENOMENAL!

I have had so many burgers in my life, so many fast food ones, so many on the grill, and so many "gourmet" ones, and I promise you...this place has the ABSOLUTE BEST burger I have ever had in my entire life. Whatever special sauce they added was phenomenal, the beef is so fresh, it's grilled perfectly...I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone that loves a good burger, because it was divine.

I have also ordered a cake from them in the past and it was such a beautiful cake. They did a wonderful job, and I meant to review it back then, but I completely forgot to...either way, whether it's for a quick bite to eat, or a beautiful elaborate cake, this place is an all-around gem, and truthfully WAY too good to only be experienced in this tiny town.

If you haven't already, give them a try!

I'd love to order a sammy, but apparently the "order online" menu keeps on coming up not available. Anyways - I'm sure the food is great, but right now I'll have to settle for pizza.

My friend told me to stop here and meet for a sandwich and i am so glad i did! I tried a ham and swiss on a fresh croissant and it was deadly good. I also couldn’t help myself and grabbed a fresh made brownie to go and it was amazing. They had lots of really good looking baked goods so it was hard to choose lol

Want the best mouth watering burger you’ve ever had? Then stop by RG for the Bacon Cheeseburger! Also the fries with the lemon garlic dip wants to make you lick the container.

A must-visit gem in Timmins!
We stopped in for lunch at Radical Gardens and were completely blown away. The food is fresh, creative, and full of flavour. I had the beef tacos — absolutely loaded with deliciousness — and the housemade chips and dip were next level (seriously, I’d buy that dip by the jar). My husband ordered the Firehouse Sammy and said it was one of the best sandwiches he's had in ages — spicy, melty, and packed with bold flavour.

You can tell they care about what they serve and where it comes from. The vibe is fun, funky, and welcoming — a real breath of fresh air. Timmins is lucky to have this place!

Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town. Highly recommend! 🌱🔥🌮

Food was excellent! I had the apple brie sandwich and the lemon yuzu cheesecake. A bit expensive for a lunch place. Note for other vegetarians/vegans, the current menu only has spicy options other than the garden salad, but they can make the apple brie sandwich veggie (for the same price though... :/ )
I'm really confused about the politics of this place, though. They seem to be all about organic and local food, guerilla gardening, food sovereignty, very anti-capitalist stuff... and they have an Elon Musk poster? Confusing and off-putting. Also, there were no recycling or compost bins.
