I got my baby girl, a red merle, approximately one year ago to this day. Racene was very responsive and helped me pick out the perfect girl. I have owned many dogs over my life, but I've never had one as sweet, and loving, and affectionate as this baby!

She means the world to me and she is so affectionate... Every night since the day I got her she sleeps back to back with me, or curled up on my neck. I'm so grateful to have such a perfect fur partner in my life. She weighs about 10 lb and is 1 year old now.

Fantastic breeder and dogs. The entire pack is full of sweet and smart pups. We always get compliments on our red tri girl from Ravine Acres for her beautiful blue eyes and temperament.

Racene (the owner) was very helpful during the adoption process and great at predicting the dog personality and temperament from early on. We visited the (old Alberta) farm to see the pack of dogs roaming happily and to meet some of the pups. Our pup had already been camping and on many adventures before we took her home, which probably helped make her the perfect travel buddy. Our pup is going on 7 and happy and healthy. Highly recommend.

I got an Australian shepherd puppy from Ravine Acres in March 2022. Racene’s profile of him was spot on, including the size she estimated. My puppy fits perfectly into our lifestyle. She even helped find a puppy that wouldn’t hate being alone during the day. He came loving his kennel which made kennel training easy. This isn’t a simple breed, my puppy is smarter then me most days, is constantly wanting love and attention, and is wary of strangers. However, if you have done the research and want one of these amazing dogs for yourself I highly recommend speaking with them.

I got my mini Aussie Jack just over a year ago from Racene at Ravine Acres. From start to finish the entire process was great. Racene asked me questions to better assess the temperament and look I was wanting in my pup, she was prompt to reply and answered every question I had with the most patience and care. We purchased our very first dog from Racene in 2013. Racene was extremely helpful with all aspects. Racene knows(and loves)all of her dogs very well so she is able to match her puppies to their new people according to their temperament, personality and activity levels. I was also impressed by the fact that she welcomes potential new families to her home to visit with the puppies and see how they are being raised. All of the puppies are socialized with other dogs, cats, other animals and all sizes of children and are all treated like members of her family right up until they leave to join their new families. Racene is a wealth of knowledge about the breed and has always been very kind and helpful to me over the years with any issues that have come up with my pup. I would (and have) recommended Ravine Acres to people that are interested in mini Aussies and I would most definitely get another dog from her if the opportunity arose.
