I just returned from a quick shopping trip here.
I would like to give a huge "THANK YOU" to the 2 store employees who made an extra effort to make me feel like a valued customer as I was looking for my coffee pods this morning. Also, a big 'THANKS' to the kind, friendly Lady who rang through my purchases.

This level of Customer Service is so appreciated and so lacking in many stores today.

Worst customer service! They had an ongoing promo about collecting stickers and you can choose any cookware. I able to collect 20 stickers and purchase a cooking cookware pot with lid. They gave us a damage one and we prompted to return it right away. It took a while for them to replace it and when they able to replaced it the manager told us that next time they can't accept anymore returns. How is that possible?

Literally a no frills place. Great selection from western to asian etc. The only concern: if we were to nitpick is the cleanliness of the store. Especially when you walk in. Mats are in place yes but they are drenched, making it super wet and sloppy entering the store.
