Excellent shopping experience as usual. The produce is reasonably priced, and the variety is amazing. I used my optimum points to buy an air purifier, so rewards for shopping really promotes loyalty. I appreciate the selection of value priced but stylish clothing. I always look for whole salmon at The Real Canadian Superstore as well as i can find it at a competitive price.

First time visiting this location. The most absurd customer service I have witnessed. Extremely unprofessional. The cashier was loudly complaining about her schedule being changed by Mgmt. She was speaking to the customer in front of me. Who turned out to also be a staff here. Then she finished her shopping and proceeds behind the counter. Joins in on the banter back and forth about being called " upstairs over a rude customer". Terrible and the lady at the next till ( i believe a Supervisor )motions her to zip her mouth. She should have been removed not allowed to continue. Been a Mystery Shopper for five years and this was my worst customer experience by far.
Love how the Superstore only reply to certain reviews on here.

I'm always able to get whatever I need and am always treated respectably. Positive energy and a safe, clean, place to shop, with reasonable prices. I do not get followed at all and am always helped politely by kind staff who care about ky questions and help me find the information so I can be in and out just on the right time. Thanks for always being so kind and honest people to deal with. Every experience goes so smoothly.

I think this store has done incredible staff, two of which I think deserve to be singled out as staff that truly go above and beyond their duties. An amazing young man named Jean Paul, once he was off work and going to leave when I stopped him to ask him where to find something I was having a hard time finding. He put aside the fact that he was off duty and he took me deep into the store and showed me exactly where it was, on top of that he asked if he could help me find anything else. Without a doubt above and beyond anyone I’ve ever met in a grocery store, and he was off work. If I was in charge of hiring where I worked I would offer him a job immediately. Though I haven’t seen him around the store lately, I hope he still works there.

The second is a wonderfully upbeat lady named Teisha. Last week I was having a heck of a time finding another item, and even though she mentioned she only has real knowledge about the meat department, she stopped doing what she was doing and took me into the organic section and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It was the last item on my list and I had already been looking for nearly 15 minutes. Because of her I was able to complete my list and get to the cashier immediately.

These two have set a precedent for this store’s level of quality employees. I hope everyone that works at this store strives to uphold that precedent.

I truly appreciate the help and gung ho attitude by the staff. I’d like to include one older lady at the deli meat section but I unfortunately didn’t catch her name.

This is my go to place for grocery shopping and will definitely remain that way with this level of professionalism. Thank you so much!
