Have I gotten so complacent with how absolutely disgusting this store is? It's shocking how this multi-million dollar company seems to have no regard for cleanliness or basic standards. From the moment you step out of your car, parking lot is in terrible shape, carts are like playing roulette...all are rusty, broken or making ridiculous noises. The entrance is covered in trash, windows are splattered with mud. Big garbage bin in the middle of the aisle. I haven't been here for quite awhile and today really made me see how bad this store really is.

They cheat on the price. 27.12 we were driving from Elk Park and stopped for groceries on the way. We bought meat. When I got home and started unpacking, I saw that the price tag was stuck on another price tag, and the weight and price were different. We saw the price on the cut pieces of meat $21/kg, but we decided to take a large uncut piece and we noticed the price only at home. Conclusion: here you will be cheated on the weight of the product and the price. It is unlikely that the store would like it if I stole $6 worth of groceries from them, so why did they steal this money from me? Shame. We do not live in Sherwood Park, so going back and asking for a refund is not an option.

I had a disappointing experience at this grocery store. The representative at checkout was rude and seemed to have an issue with me having a large number of items in my cart for a big purchase. Instead of being courteous, they were dismissive and unprofessional. A good shopping experience depends on respectful customer service, and this encounter left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures better training for their staff.

My New Years resolution is to never to go this store again. Their prices are significantly higher than other stores yet their service is very poor. I went to self checkout and needed help and two employees chatting noticed me yet first decided to finish their discussion first before attending me. I spent $100 on just few things, if you research prices you can see that Co-op and Walmart provide much better value yet better service. Just terrible experience at higher cost. - correction - apologies milk was not expired.

We usually shop at this location because it is always accessible and quick to transact. However, today we encountered some issues. When we were ready to pay, the machines were malfunctioning, so we had to wait for assistance twice. The scanners were unable to scan items properly.

The attendant who helped us was polite the first time she came but was rude during her second visit. Since there were three of us, we were eager to leave as the store was becoming busier. Instead of assisting us, the attendant began pointing out things we didn’t need while we were trying to exit. We mentioned that we were waiting for our stamps because it seemed she didn't know how to proceed next. It also took her a while to figure out the machine, which prolonged our wait.

If the store promotes respect among customers and staff, it would be beneficial for the attendant to embody that respect as well.

Disappointing! In the last 2 to 3 years this store has increasingly become a disorganized, filthy and frustrating store to shop.
From shelves either not stocked or completely disorganized, isles that are blocked, coolers that are disgusting from spills to reorganizing the isles and shelves every few years to the point nothing makes sense and difficult to find.
My wife and i are choosing to shop more and more at the many other options Sherwood Park has to offer.

Prices shown on flyers for sale are different than what is actually charged. Staff do not check prices nor do they correct the mistakes appropiately. When I commented on-line, I was told something way out of line. I've learned not to waste money going there, big mistakes!

I have been a loyal Superstore customer for over 25 years I have always thought they had quality and selection. I am very disappointed in the last year or so the quality in the produce and meat department have gone down hill. I now go else where to shop these items. I have at least four or five times now come home with rotten meat unaware until ready to cook supper. I was there today and could see the meat on display was brown instead of pink , very disappointing.
