Pleasantly surprised to find specialty foods from Wrinkler, Manitoba. The selection here is massive, prices are decent if you look for the bargins. I'm a big sucker for awards programs and the PC Optimum fits the bill. Picked up my first 75% discount on some decent cookware, I got the 3.5 litre pot with lid. Has a cool strainer feature. There's lots more to explore here, I know I'm barely scratching the surface 😁

I like it. This place stocks all kinds of foods. Have you tried the eggs? Try the eggs. Very good. The milk, too. Amazing.
I've heard that anyways. I just buy hamburger and eat it raw. Their stuff does the trick, it stops me from transforming at night if I don't eat enough meat.

Check the expiry date for every product. There's been a lot of expired items on the shelf, and not just a day or two. See picture of "dried pork floss" attached as an example; it was taken on Aug. 21, 2024.

I mean, if it's one or two products, I'd tell customer service; but when it's a large amount and multiple products, something's wrong with their management. The store is losing the trust of customers, who should not need to worry about the freshness and safety of what they buy.

I had a disappointing experience at Real Canadian Superstore last night after 9 PM. I went to the customer service desk to ask about a product, but the two ladies working there were extremely rude and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in talking to each other than assisting customers. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome, and they clearly lacked professionalism. Customer service should be about helping people, not ignoring them. Very disappointed.

Superstore is always satisfactory. They are consistent with their food items, the floor plan is well laid out and decently stocked on food items, parking isn’t bad either . However this last time they were so severely understaffed with checkout cashiers, line ups were going to the dairy section! It took awhile before more cashiers opened up but they did. Staff were still friendly and professional despite the overwhelming amount of shoppers, but there must have been a shift change at that time because it was quite empty in the store before the top of the hour!

I did grocery today around 2.30 pm. I had a disappointing experience at Superstore that I feel compelled to share. I was using the self-service checkout when a staff member took my empty basket before I had finished scanning all my items. I was still in the process of scanning when she removed it, and unfortunately, she didn’t notice that my beanie cap was still in the basket. When I asked her to retrieve it, she showed no effort to help, simply brushing me off and telling me to find it myself. There was no apology, no offer to assist further, and she didn’t even acknowledge the situation properly.

The staff member’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. It's frustrating when basic customer service is ignored, and even more so when something like this happens without any attempt to resolve it or make up for the inconvenience. To top it off, she didn't greet anyone, which only added to the poor overall experience.

I expect better from a store like Superstore, especially in customer interactions. It's disappointing when you feel like you’re being treated as a hassle instead of a valued customer. This experience has left me questioning whether I’ll be returning any time soon.
