Went to get a cake (Sunday Oct 13 between 3 and 4). The lady at the counter was incredibly upbeat and friendly. There were 2 other people ahead of me and she was engaging with everyone. She was warm and thanked the customers as they left with their cakes. She is a definite asset to your store.
Our checkout experience with Colin was also pleasant. He was professional when he offered the stamp option and reminded me about my optimum points. Thank you, Colin!

Good store. I wish it has got more of Asian , South Asian groceries. Quite convenient. Some of the items I found to be pricey but overall it's a complete store you can stop by to stock up your groceries.

I am a very regular shopper at this store. As it really is the only major of the big three "grocery" stores nearby. It is convenient.

A couple things recently have made me wish there was another alternative close by.

1) A young employee working in produce while putting out apples coughed into his hand then continued to handle the apples putting them on the display. I did mention this to one of the front line managers who immediately called the assistant produce manager. As I was leaving I saw the assistant manager talking to the employee in produce and both were laughing.
Mentioned again the next day to the same front line manager, so I am hoping something was done about this.

2) Most recently, I was in line for lottery tickets approached the counter, then a call for an override at U-scan. The employee at customer service left to deal with the U-scan leaving me waiting even though the override call was made after I approached the counter.. Turns out the override was for the sale of beer. Which brings up another concern here. Why is beer being sold at U-scan.

I enjoy shopping here because the fruits and veggies are always fresh and I like the desserts available. However, a few things bother me like when they moved the meat free meats to another location and it took me a couple of visits to find it. I feel they could have put a note up where the new location was. Another thing is that I always look to buy Presidents Choice Lemon Iced Tea and on many occasions they are sold out. They should know by now that it's a product that sells out, so they should stock more of it.

This store I have visited for years and it is always improving, clean and organized.Staff generally are friendly and helpful. I love the Joe Fresh store I side, always organized and good sales.
It is worth it to pay a bit more and have a nice place to shop.Washroom are on the 2 level , and you can take the elevator or the stairs.

Good store in Oshawa South. Real Canadian stores are always great at providing fresh fruits and vegetables. It's always a great place to do your groceries.

Apart from that you can also get good bakery, meat and fish items from here. The people are friendly and always smiling ready to help.

They have a lot of discounted items all the time and you can get good deals for lesser price. The clothing section (Joe Fresh) has some good collection. Look out for discounts.

I know prices have gone up everywhere but it seems RCS has lost its mind with some of its price increases. Veggies and especially Meat prices have gone crazy here. Don't even go down the Chip aisle, your head will explode with how much a bag of chips cost here.

Employees are great and very helpful.
