This place is becoming a joke security kicking out the kids for skateboarding. Leave them alone! Pay attention to the selection of your so call shortedegs make sure you get your orders in don't even have broccoli or salad. These lady running customer service jokes retire already been coming here for over 20 years haven't seen it run this poorly!

My preferred Coquitlam one stop groceries and shopping store. Plenty of parking, outside and undercover. Great layout, fresh produce, self serve check-outs as well as fast cashiers and clean store. Almost everything you might need, clothing, stationary, toiletries, cleaning supplies, kitchenwares, deli, bakery, lotto counter, pharmacy and seasonal stuff.

I had an online order totaling $64.62 and only received $50.15 back, which is a $14.47 difference.

The item I kept only cost $10.94 plus 5% tax, which should have been $11.49. Even with a higher tax rate of 12%, the total should have been $12.25. So, where does this $14.47 difference come from?

There seems to be a discrepancy in how online order returns are calculated in their system. I know this because this is the second time it has happened to me. The first time, I returned the item at a different store, and the customer service representative was able to do the math correctly.

However, at this location, they completely gaslight you. "The computer calculates everything, and this is what you get back. I don't know how you're doing reverse math, but it's wrong," said the customer service representative. Later, she told me that because I bought kids' clothes, that's why I didn't get part of the tax back. HELLO? Where on the packing list did you see kids' clothes? She was just making up lies out of nowhere.

Anyway, she proceeded to poor-shame me, saying, "It's only a few dollars anyway." She gave me $2 and walked away before I could say anything else.

I'd be out more than $5 if I hadn't gone back for the two miscalculated returns. Imagine how many people are being shortchanged when returning online items. Mind you, even a coffee costs an arm and a leg these days. So yes, I need that money back.

I'm still out some money because she only gave me back a toonie. However, I didn’t have the energy to try to explain further. I’m never buying from Joe Fresh online again—what a huge headache.

Self-checkout lines tend to get long, and there aren’t always enough staff available to assist. Additionally, the cleanliness of the store could use some improvement, especially in high-traffic areas.

Overall, it’s a good option for stocking up on groceries, but it could benefit from better organization and more attention to customer service.
