One of the worst Superstore chains I’ve been to. The cashiers and stock people are helpful, but management needs to work on their customer service skills. I went to buy something that was on sale on their app, but the tag in store wasn’t reflective of the sale price. I spoke with a manager, showing him the sale price on their app. He tried to convince me that it was online only, even though I pointed out that it wasn’t. He shrugged and refused to honour the price. One of the floor supervisors constantly screams at and berates the cashiers. I picked up 2 packs of celery, with the price tag of $2.97/ea. They rang up as $4.99 or $5.99/ea. They sent a price checker to verify the price, yep, $2.97/ea. I had to get the difference back at customer service. That floor supervisor, the screaming one, proceeded to tell me that I was mistaken and it was the green onions’ price and that I was mistaken. I don’t think so. Shop elsewhere if you’re in Chilliwack.

I just bought 2 kg of pork, but after removing some of the fat, there is only 1.5 kg left. I find it quite disappointing to sell such a quantity of fat with the meat. It is not very fair to consumers.

Worse than Christmas!! 6 out of 12 registers closed. Line up at least 8 per register! Store manager isn’t stepping up to the demand.

Follow up -- called the Customer Relations Centre per the request from RCSS. They gave me a case number and said that they would call back. And no connection was made. Disappointing. Line ups are STILL bad (slightly better as originally reported.)

I agree that the prices are generally fair. Good selection. What I find a weekly irritant is the lack of prices posted in the produce department. I’ve written respectful letters to the manager twice but there has been no improvement.

This location is great to complete your everyday shopping. They recently opened the garden 🪴 shop in the parking lot and it looks great with awesome deals! I highly suggest getting succulents from here as they last for a long time if you take good care of them.

There are some great staff working at this location being super friendly and helpful. The deli meat section has a huge variety to choose from and of course great tasting !

On a routine basis my family does their shopping here for groceries etc. Out of convenience because we live very busy lives, we do our shopping online. The amount of items that are out of stock, with no viable substitution is becoming absurd. Add to that the fact that anytime we pull up to pick up our order they are always short staffed and we end up waiting upwards of half an hour to an hour. So any theoretical time savings is becoming lost waiting to pick up our order. If you can't handle the volume of people shopping online don't offer it!
Extremely close to taking our shopping elsewhere. Especially considering we have to go to other stores to get everything that you don't have in stock anyway.

The grocery pickup is horrible. After trying it for a few months we have to go back to the other grocery stores in town. Superstore has better deals, but the inefficiency of the staff cancels out any savings by far. They are ridiculously slow and regularly get the orders wrong.

Terrible experience. I ordered online , sent husband to pick up and they gave him the wrong order. When I called the lady on the phone was no help at all and was extremely rude. Now I’ve been waiting days to hear from someone in regards to my order. No refund no food. $270 down the drain. I will never deal with them again and I’ll be telling everyone I meet how terrible this is.
