Superstore is my favourite grocery store, selection of fruits and vegetables are all in the store. I enjoy collecting optimum points and which i redeem anytime.
Mostly I am very thankful to the staff or whoever pick up my coin purse. One morning I went to buy mugs that were on sale then i forgot my coin purse with all my credits inside at the self-service tell, I went back the next day and found out that they keep my purse. The customer service lady was very friendly and polite, i was expecting different tone because i am brown but i was wrong maybe not all people are the same. Anyway thank you so much, keep up your good work..

WORST SUPERSTORE EVER

I live remotely and use PC Express to help me shop more effectively. Due to my schedule while I was in town, I had to pickup from this location instead of my usual Campbell River location.
WORST experience ever.
My grocery bill is accurate to what I had ordered online, but what I actually received when picking up is FAR from it. First, I was given items that I never even ordered (and don't want), so someone else clearly is missing things on their order now. But more importantly, I am missing over $78 worth of my $300+ order. That's 1/4 of my order missing!

I was in a rush to pickup and so didn't have time to stand there and check that they had brought everything I ordered, but I also SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!!!!! What the hell is the point of spending all that time creating an order online, only to have someone FAIL at collecting the items on the list?! WHY do they even offer the service if they can't even provide it correctly?!

One or more staff members at this location need to be FIRED for their absolute INCOMPETENCY.
I am absolutely FURIOUS.
I am a busy mom, and the LAST thing I want to be doing is wasting my time sorting out so many issues with an order. Seriously, If I could afford this kind of time I would have just gone into the store myself to by the groceries!

Edit: one of the managers in PC Express, Joyce, helped me with my order so I appreciate her for that. I still would never shop at this location again, though. Going to stick with the Campbell River Superstore

The owners comment below was completely useless, btw. I called the number and that literally got me nowhere except some automated messages

Not sure if my tooth is cracked or not. Why would you change to pitted olives and not warn customers. Till today I ate these salads 3 days a week. No more salads for me and I will return the product after my dentist appointment and some advice.

I was taken aback by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the associate who assisted me at the checkout. The associate was dismissive when I asked a simple question about a product, rolled their eyes when I tried to engage in small talk, and seemed visibly frustrated with my presence.

As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the quality of service , which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and address it appropriately, as customer service is a key factor in maintaining loyalty. Thank you for your attention to this issue

Worst superstore I've been to! Lydia the supervisor needs to be fired. Absolutely rude lady with awful customer service I've ever dealt with. There was a clearance on nails in the clearance section and two of the nails I picked had a clearance price of 2.44. I got the last two because who wouldn't? I go to check out and it rings up around 7 dollars. I told the cashier the price was supposed to be 2.44 and I had a picture for proof because superstore tends to have clearance price errors theyve admitted before they get often. She has two different employees go and check. Both confirm i was correct and was under the 2.44 price tag. The lady tries to change the amount but asked for help from the supervisor (Lydia) all was fine until she came into the picture where she from the moment came off as rude and judgemental. She didn't believe me or her own employees and says they and I'm wrong and goes and checks herself. She comes back saying I was lying even when I had a proof picture of where they were and tells me I was wrong. I nicely try and explain where they were and there wasn't just one box but TWO in front of the same 2.44 price tag. She again claims I'm lying and begins arguing with me and I again try and explain with the PROOF PICTURE and she keeps claiming i am wrong and won't give me the 2.44 price is was in front of. She then gets very nasty and saying she will only give me one of the boxes at the price and I say it should be both as both boxes were under the sign. She said FINE I WONT GIVE YOU NONE AND YOU CAN LEAVE and starts making a scene. I said nope, ill take one leave and just call your manager because her attitude towards a customer was disgusting. She says again "I won't give you none if you're just going to call my manager " again I said I'll take the one and leave and never come back. She aggressively typed in the price and walked away. I have never in my life ever dealt with a rude person let alone a worker making their place of work look bad!! She made everyone uncomfortable. I will never go to this superstore ever again and I used to be a loyal customer. What a vile woman that should NOT be working with anyone.

Bought 2 racks of ribs from freezer section. Was going to make them tonight. Cut 1 open & almost puked they were so rotten. Threw them both out. Won't ever buy from there again. Don't bother with your b.s "we are sorry to hear about your experience at our store",it means nothing

Edit: went in today and recorded it after hearing from others that this is common practice at superstore with products, especially produce, and they are pulling the same stunt still. I grab a single yellow onion out of the bin and they insist it’s a sweet onion when checking out and refuse to hear otherwise, even when holding them up against each other to compare or showing them the bin. Straight up theft…

Apparently, according to superstore if it looks like a yellow onion, it’s sold in the yellow onion bin and you put it in as a yellow onion, it’s a sweet onion. Just spent a good 10 mins arguing at self checkout because my “yellow onion” immediately got flagged as incorrectly put in. I was curious as to how it figured that and then later leaving I overhear the woman working there say to her coworker that the machine will not accept the yellow onion input, and they are charging extra for the onions. I’m glad I didn’t grab the non-organic bananas, because I probably be charged for the organic ones either way. I’m amazed that with all this attention focused on price gouging that loblaws would be pulling stunts like this. I see from reviews and talk on local pages that I’m not the only one experiencing this. Definitely going to thrifties from now on, at least they are upfront about their prices and honor things.

I bought this product Saturday October 14 2023 from real Canadian superstore in courteany got these 2 boxes of breton veggie bites I mixed the first box with a box that I already had I smelled something never tryed the cracker mix I made half a huge pork tenderloin and half a pack of chicken I got from Costco same day .. froze them over night... now I'm about to do up my ground beef I also got yesterday I open the sending box smelling it bec of the weird smell yesterday from the first dox ... the smell is un real me thinking maybe it's all in my head so I tryed one I throw up got sick I now have a foul taste in my mouth as well as my lips and tongue feel numb .... I called the store nonone will answer I'd like my crackers my time and my meat replaced please and thanks....
