When we asked them for more information about the hydraulic tilt flail mower, specifically the cutting width. They responded it is in the specs and sent a screen shot. We'll that is shipping size information.
Ask again and they said I would have to contact supplier. They don't know the size of what they are selling and don't want to find out.

Great supply store and helpful staff. They even lent me a magnet sweeper shop tool once when I lost a key in the snow. Not something they sell but recognized my stress and did me a solid. Lots of great supplies with great staff.

I bought 3 large truck batteries. They charged me $21/each for a core charge. Normal practice, until I tried to return the core batteries. Told me that their policy is not to take the cores back unless they are the same brand they sell. The cores were exactly the same size and came out of the truck the new ones went into. I asked for the sign or where they have this policy in writing. Couldn't show me. Manager came out and said ill give you 5 bucks each core. So for the cost of the cores. Our family farm will be shopping elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

Great deal on my bogs purchase for my son 25% off. I purchased a Grant snow shovel on sale for $33. They didn't have size 8 aluminum scoop shovels. There aluminum scoop shovel prices were higher than the Red Deer Coop home centres

If I could give this location 0 stats I would. We called at 6pm on the 18th as our dog collapsed and wanted advice and asked if we could bring her in. The person on the phone asked what was happening. We explained that she tried to get up, that she couldn't get up, that she was lethargic, drooling and pretty unresponsive. We got told that it wasn't an emergency and to call during the morning hours. We went to a vet, and ended up having to put her down. Very inconsiderate staff always, not just this experience. Would not recommend them to care for anyone but themselves. Very disappointed and heartbroken.will NEVER be back. Just because you don't think it's an emergency doesn't mean you don't put a piece of mind to a customer. It's your job. Will be calling higher up.
