I would highly recommend Red Oak for any landscaping services. They removed three shrubs, installed interlock, and sodded my front yard. Very professional and friendly. Service was excellent. I have also referred my parents to them based on the finished product. Thanks again Loretta and Hubert for all your hard work.

Contacted them for a quote through their website and received an extremely rude reply back “don’t waste my time or yours, not interested”. I can’t believe this is how a potential new customer is treated. First impressions are everything and this was a bad one.

This is an exceptional company that is professional, customer focused and extremely talented. I have been a happy client for many years. My semi-detached Toronto front garden is small but it’s one of the prettiest in the neighbourhood. Hubert just finished a flagstone pathway in my backyard, it looks amazing. The work was done quickly and was affordable. I would recommend this company 100% not only for the remarkable work but because Hubert is kind, hardworking and so thoughtful. While Hubert was finished off the backyard pathway my dad fell seriously ill, when I returned home he had filled the garden with an array of perennials to bring some happiness in these dark days. He did this as a gift. Exceptional company.

After the initial consultation with Hubert regarding our requirements I contacted the office a week later looking for the quote. The person answering the phone was apologetic and advised that they would follow up and get a quote to me. I called again after another week had passed and received the same response. After a third week of waiting I called and advised them that this will my last attempt to receive an estimate. More apologies and assurances from the person on the phone, but no estimate.
If they didn't want my business then they should have just advised me that "sorry we have to pass on the job" and that would have been the end of it. I don't know why they wouldn't provide any sort of response. What I do know is that at best it's unprofessional and at worst it's simply disrespectful.
