The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. ❤️ Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong house whose owners did not find it till the next day.
Luckily the overnight rain kept the flowers looking fresh and lovely.

My husband bought 175 dollars worth of flowers here yesterday. The biggest of the 3 bunches was honestly the most disappointing flowers I've ever seen in my life. Would have cost 25 dollars elsewhere. 4 stems of goldenrod a huge allergen, daisies and carnations.

I do not write reviews but I felt it absolutely necessary to write this one.

I went to the store in Oshawa to purchase flowers for my father’s 70th birthday. I purchased a bouquet that was already prepared, and I paid for some flowers to be added to it so it would make for a bigger bouquet. The woman at the shop added the flowers and wrapped it all up. When the bouquet was opened up, there were some flowers that were dead, and several others that were on their last leg. I called the number provided (as Reeds guarantees their product) and I advised the man on the phone of the situation. He was apologetic and he told me to go back to the store, they would be happy to replace the dead flowers.

When I went back to the store the woman at the shop acted as though I was a burden. She went through the flowers and decided which ones she would change. She replaced the flowers she took out with completely different flowers and she did not replace the greenery. The flowers that were dead were white and mauve. She replaced those flowers with mainly yellow ones, completely changing the look of the bouquet. Some of the flowers she replaced the old flowers with had much shorter stems than the rest of the flowers in the bouquet. When I asked if she had any flowers similar to the ones that she took out, she brought me to the refrigerator, evidently annoyed, and showed me what they had. While most of the flowers from the original bouquet were not available, there were several flowers that were similar in colour tone, so I asked that she use those flowers instead of the yellow ones.

The end result: a very, very disappointing bouquet. The original bouquet was small to begin with for the money paid, but the “replaced” bouquet was even smaller. Now, not even 48 hours later, some of the flowers are dying. I spent nearly $50 on the bouquet; a bouquet that would easily be rivaled by almost any $20 bouquet from a grocery store - I mean that!

I saw the star rating for Reeds florist when I did a google search for florists in the area, and so I wasn’t expecting excellence, but I went there out of convenience and at least expected a descent product. What I got was mediocre at best. I wasted my time, I wasted my money, and my memories of presenting my father with some nice flowers for a special birthday are tainted with the feeling of embarrassment. My dad is too much of a gentleman to complain, but every time I see the flowers I feel like I have been ripped off, and honestly, if they were my flowers I would throw them out - they cause more grief than joy.

Do not shop here!

I decided to call the store, and I was fortunate to speak with a very helpful gentleman who assisted me with my order. When I arrived to pick it up, everything was exactly as I expected—perfectly organized and ready to go. The customer service was truly outstanding!
