Recently worked with Gillian Elliott on a deal. The deal was a nightmare towards the end but we managed to get through it and offer the Buyers a credit. There's always a solution and Gillian took a rather emotional approach to the entire situation which is not how business should be conducted. I bit my tongue throughout the process even after Gillian insulted us. She did apologize after I asked her for an apology. Nonetheless, I thought the solution her client's lawyer brought up was fair after some negotiations. We all agreed. Not sure why she left a one star review and said breach of contract on the review. If there was a breach of contract and her client wasn't happy, the deal would not have closed.

I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Rick to sell my condo in the city!

My agent is Wayne Winch and it’s the worst experience with a realtor I’ve ever had...feel free to reach out and I can share some of the (not so) wonderful communications Wayne Winch has been kind enough to send me. Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up!!
Do yourself a favour and research your agent before signing an agreement with them!!!!!!!
RECO is being very informative and supportive through this volatile relationship with Wayne...fingers crossed everything comes to an end soon...

I agree Wayne Winch is the worst. Ask him a question and he only responds to the ones he feels like. And aren’t clients suppose to feel appreciated for the commission earned from them. He was so crabby when you need to reach him after hours. If he doesn’t want to at least be courteous to a client, why be in the service industry or retire already. You don’t earn money by not doing anything

Contacted this team on finding a rental in the Keswick area in 2016 and was connected to Melissa Weeks. To say she was NOT helpful is an understatement. She was cold and abrupt with me on the phone and it was clear she didn't want to help someone who was only looking for a rental. After some prodding and questions on my end, she took my information and said she would send me out some rentals within the next few days...needless to say, I never heard back from her!
