We recently moved and have had to switch vets. We will miss Renfrew Animal Hospital. They were always great and fairly priced. Our shepherd loved them

We called the day after Canada day for an emergency appointment. They took our female Weim 2 hours later for an assessment and subsequent emergency pyometra surgery. The attending vet, Dr. Clarke was super amazing, clear, concise, compassionate, and quick with the tests/results and did an amazing job of the surgery on our girl. We were confident she was in great hands.

The next day, we got our follow-up call from the clinic to confirm that our girl was recovering well.

So happy and relieved that Dr. Clarke and the RAH team were able to take extra special care of our beloved girl and helped us to avoid losing her at the tender age of 6. Thanks to everyone at RAH for all that you did for our girl on July 2nd! So appreciated! 🩷

Earl is a bloodhound whom unfortunately had a terrible experience at our last vet . These guys are truly a super hero for pets and their owners. From our walk in , they treated Earl with kindness and compassion. He’s a big baby at 120 pounds. They allowed him to be comfortable in the environment and showed respect. He actually lied down on the floor and chilled out . They were able to trim his nails without a fight or any muzzling.

Fantastic establishment. From the front staff right to the Veterinary everything was amazing. Absolutely love everything about this place. And the care of my dog was just exceptional.

After quite a hefty bill at the counter, and sometime to reflect on that, I have to say, this last visit with Mister Dr. Clarke, was incredible.

He has such a kind, gentle heart and as a human we can see that, but my little furry friend who isn't a big fan of new males, was like butter in his hands. I left feeling heard, and that we took the time needed to ensure Tommie is in good health. We also got prescribed an ear drop that we have been given MANY times, Sirulan, and Dr Clarke gave us 2 syringes so that we can put 1ml directly into the ear instead of pinning him down and doing 10 drops in each.

Overall, the cost for our fur babies is always a shock. However, when you can leave feeling that all your concerns were addressed and that your furry friend will be feeling better soon.... well, you just can't put a price on that ♡ They also got us in fairly quickly (within 1 week) & on a day where the schedule really didn't have time for us due to other "curve balls", but they made the room and the time.... and that is something I'll never forget.

I always have an excellent experience here. The vets, assistants, and techs are all kind, gentle, thorough, knowledgeable, and (for me, very importantly) aware of options to accomplish the same level of excellent care within a reasonable budget for lower income pet parents.

In this visit, I had my elderly dog in to have a small growth examined. I'm usually really worried when I get there and I always feel much better when I leave because they explain everything very well.

I'm painfully aware of the fact that dogs can't live forever, and every day they help me keep her healthy and comfortable is a day I'm grateful for.

We just moved a few months ago from up north, where we had no vets available, & we were so excited to be taken on no problem from this wonderful Centre! The people are great there! The team at Renfrew Animal Hospital has been wonderful! They've been so helpful with calls for advice/recommendations for issues I've had with my dogs. When we do come in for appointments, they take the time needed, answer all questions and are always on time.
I'm so happy to have this team that cares for my dogs and I! It makes those scary, 'what do I do' moments less scary.
