Very disappointed. I went in to get beef short ribs. I was told that 5lbs would enough for 10 people. After they cut the meat they came back and asked if 6lbs would be too much. I said that was fine. This morning I was preparing my ribs and this was what I found in my package. I expect that ribs will have extra fat and that I am not dealing with a tenderloin cut. However I think this is ridiculous. I don’t even have enough meat for my guest for tonight’s dinner. Will not be returning.

The moment that I walked through the door I was greeted by the staff and was given a quick tour of the store. They explained the layout, gave recommendations, showed what products were featured and what was on sale.

It's always one of our favourite places to go in Sherwood park, Doug and Brody are super helpful and always ensure we are completely satisfied. The meat is the best you can get and the burgers they serve are like nothing you've ever tasted. We look forward to coming here after our long out of town shifts to get the best quality cuts! The Christmas boxes they had made for an amazing gift as well. The daily deals are perfect too.

Online ordered a prime rib and gravy for pickup a few days before Christmas. When I picked up the order it was VERY busy and the girl behind the counter charged me again for my order. I was sure I paid in full online but thought I’d deal with it AFTER Christmas rush. The meat and gravy was delicious. Better than my last year’s prime rib purchased elsewhere. Swung by the shop after Christmas. Explained the double payment situation. Doug the manager rectified it immediately and was super pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be ordering again.
