Food was very good, the fries are so salty and buttery and the burgers are juicy as heck. We were tempted to buy some tomahawks but we decided against it, we’ll be back soon!

I am disappointed. This place had become a staple for my hubby and I, and we regularly enjoyed their meats as well as the prepared soups and the fries and burgers. Unfortunately lately they have been switching out the quality ingredients used that we have loved and repeatedly come for, for clearly cheaper ingredients that have been disappointing to say the least. We used to come several times a week just for fries or poutines only to find that they have been replaced with a different brand that is just not the same. This has also happened with the dirty fry cheese, and some soups as well that we really liked. I wish Ribeye would hold to the level of quality that they used to have instead of trying to source cheaper ingredients, because to me that really used to make them stand out above the rest.

I absolutely love this butcher shop. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The prices are competitive. They have deals on different items each day of the week. They also have fresh food where you can order a smashburger and fries. If you do go I strongly suggest getting the dirty fries...they are to die for.....TO DIE FOR!! If you don't like what they have already made to purchase they will customize your order right on the spot. Give them a try, they have something for everyone.

I got premium beef burger of wagyu ($17). I didn’t taste special taste with this. It has two patties so it is an enough volume, but I tasted kinda dry meat🍔 I like the fries which was crispy outside and soft inside🍟 And I got free frozen gyoza which is about $10 since I became a member of them.
