I am a regular at ricks, I get a sandwich multiple times a week. Normally they are great over there! Today however, the lady who made my sandwich didn’t ask what I wanted on it other than meat and cheese and just made it how she wanted I guess. I stood there patiently waiting for her to ask if id like lettuce, mayo, and mustard (as per usual). And she never asked. She finally asked anything else? But the sandwich was already Saran wrapped. I politely said usually I get no mayo and extra mustard, she just stood there and stared at me until finally I said alright I guess I’ll take it. Now I’m home and have just tried it and I thought I must write a review. The sandwich is absolutely drenched in mayo to the point it is soggy, there is maybe 3 little droplets of mustard on the whole thing, and not to mention that half the ingredients had slid out of the bread by the time I got to it cause it was so drenched in mayo. All I ask is they continue to ask how I would like my sandwich, not just make it how they feel like. Very displeased in my waste of a sandwich, as well as the staffs willingness to fix her mistake.

Excellent customer service. Great selection of deli meats and cheeses. Ricks offers fresh deli sandwiches, great cuts of meat, and pre-made meals. I highly recommend to try the beef and turkey jerky and sausage rolls.

This place is absolutely amazing. Its not expensive like you would think, you get quality meats and prepared meals.

Ricks doesnt just have high quality meats but they also have items like cabbage rolls, lasagna, borscht, hashbrowns, eggs etc etc.

Chicken, beef, pork, bison its all high quality and unreal. I don't know why it took me so long to stop in for some meat and ever since then I haven't purchased elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor, if you buy meat from the grocery store take a second thought and come here instead.

The staff is very warm and inviting. 5/5 rating from me 👍

Always get fantastic cuts of meat here. Gave 3 of 5 because can't find store prices anywhere online and they are a bit on the expensive side.

Stopped by to try one of the legendary sandwiches I've heard so much about.

Excellent sandwhich , and excellent food !

Their burgers are fantastic. We tried the frozen pre-smashed burgers, and they were very nice.

So much selection, I will definitely return to have a browse from time to time!

We stopped for a sandwich and some jerky on our way through town. All were excellent. Definitely worth the stop. The ladies working there were very efficient and friendly.
