If you're looking for a company who will overpromise and under delivery then River's Edge is for you! I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. Paul instructed his contractors to install something very different than what I was quoted. After outlining to Paul the quote and details of the job, he sent me a text stating he decided not to pursue the job. This was after demolition had already started and I have not heard or seen them since.

If you do use Rivers Edge be sure to be around when the work is happening to ensure you get what you were promised.

I got 4.5 loads of top soil and 2.5 loads of mulch for my property, which I definitely wouldn’t have done if not for the great prices and great service. Each time I went the staff was happy and pleased to help me out. I never had to wait long either which is a bonus.

Spoke to Paul at their location who told us he would call and arrange a time, that was suitable for us, to come quote a project. All contact information was given and have had no one reach out since. I get it…you’re busy but not that busy.

We are senior citizens who hired Paul Berberich, owner of River's Edge Garden Centre to lay out and do a landscaping job at our home. He appeared honest and promised he would have it completed in a month. We were the one of first customers in the spring and this did not appear to be a problem then. Within the next month we went to see him twice and he then told my husband he was too busy. Five weeks later he told us he could not do anything for us. This left us to believe he is unethical, irresponsible and untrustworthy. Beware of this company.

Initially we ordered 2 large spruce trees & 30 black cedars. I called Paul to let him know 4 black cedars died, however Paul said not to worry, as they are all guaranteed.

I asked Paul to ordered 4 foot, as they have grown a little & I would pay the difference from 3-4 foot.

When I called Paul to see when they would do the replacement he had ordered 6 foot for me at a cost of $110.00 each... $250.00 for 4 cedars that are suppose to be guaranteed is a little high.

I said if he couldn`t order the 4 foot cedars, not to come.

This guy is money hungry & I noticed that Paul has a few reviews stating the same thing.

Stay away!!!!
