Unfortunately my first bad experience here. I purchased some beef ravioli for the store and after getting home I noticed they are expired (see image) the very young staff assured me that because they are frozen they are not bad. Not even the slightest hit they will give me a refund. All the other packages were the same. Very bad customer service. 5 month over the best before date I think is to much. The quality was not the same

Always packed when I go because quality is amazing

*Terrible customer service experience*

I had a very negative experience at Robert’s Boxed Meat. One of the staff members, whom I later learned is named Dylan S, was extremely rude and dismissive when I came to pick up my order. His attitude was unprofessional, and he clearly did not seem interested in helping customers at all. Frankly, I’m not sure how he’s in a customer-facing role given how poorly he handled the situation. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this business based on this experience.

Wow was that place busy!
TikTok videos of the McDonald nuggets has made this place extra popular. Despite the line to checkout it was pretty quick and staff was friendly.
Disappointed they no longer have the ones in the shape of McDonalds nuggets but the batter on these ones tastes exactly the same. The only thing that really gives it away they are not from McDonald’s is that they are thicker than McDonald’s nuggets. Overall 9/10
