Purchased over $2200. worth of plants from this nursery to landscape my new home. I bought some Annabelle hydrangeas last year (8) and none of them have bloomed this year. All the leaves are brown and the stems have died. I bought some Incrediball hydrangeas (6) a few months ago and they are completely dead. I know it’s been a really hot summer but we’ve have been watering them and also giving them plant food. I emailed the nursery to let them know and they said there is no warranty and they would do nothing. I would stay away from this place unless you want to waste your money. Go to Home Depot where they stand behind their plants for one year. Most nurseries have that policy. I should have done that, my garden is a mess. I understand that the invoice says no warranty on perennials, but you can’t tell me that it’s ok for 14 hydrangea plants to die and it be ok or expect the customer to be happy. The “oh well” attitude is bad business.

***So they responded and it’s my soil type they are blaming it on. Funny because all the other plants are thriving especially the ones I bought at Home Depot. The plants did not arrive in good shape. I had to wait 3 weeks for my delivery and when they came they were not in good shape. I planted them immediately. I have been watering according to the instructions and have been giving them plant food. And as for hydrangeas having a hard year, below (last row) is a picture of hydrangeas from Farm Boy and another of the ones my neighbour purchased from somewhere else. (They have the same soil as we do as we purchased from the same place) If you’ve been in business for 40 years you should care about sending out good product and care about making your customers happy. There is no excuse for giving me 14 crappy plants and then doing nothing about it.
Also below is a picture of my gardens. There is nothing wrong with the way I take care of my plants…

I placed an order for golden currant bushes. Braya confirmed availability on March 21, 2025 and got m money. Since then: nothing. At the end of May 2025 Braya said there is no Golden Currant for me, no delivery. This is not just poor service — it’s complete disregard for a 100% prepaying customer. She made a promise in October 2024 to fulfill my order in spring 2025. And now, with zero follow-up or delivery, I’m left chasing answers for something that should’ve taken days, not months. Rockwood Nursery front desk failed to deliver on the most basic level of professionalism... In this case the customer service is down below the bottom.. Never ever any business with them!!! Stay away from Rockwood Forest Nurseries and Landscape Supplies

I am from Niagara and stumbled upon this family owned gem of a garden center. They had all the specific varieties of plants in stock and gave me suggestions to enhance my collection of hydrangeas. I am also looking forward to seeing what my white climbing roses will do for curb appeal around my garage trellis. They were willing to deliver if I could wait until this week. Today was delivery day and I am so thrilled with my purchases. Competitive prices with expert knowledge and impressive customer service = happy new customer!

I have bought trees, plants, shrubs over the past 5 yrs (almost done). They are always knowledgeable with great products. Excellent online catalogue. Both the office staff and yard staff are extremely helpful.

Awesome experience dealing with them!!Exceptional customer service right from speaking with Michelle on phone regarding the availability of trees/plants, to placing the order online and then finally getting it delivered by Santosh (owner) to us in Richmond Hill. Quality of their trees/plants was much better and their pricing was much lower than any nursery I’ve visited in the GTA. We also visited the nursery earlier this month. It’s a huge property and, we were driven around in a buggy to their fields where they grew their cedars. Brenda, Emily and the office staff were such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone especially to GTA folks - it’s definitely worth a drive compared to any overpriced nurseries around here.

Website brags about how they 'serve residential (condos, cottages, homes) and commercial landscapers, landscape architects, arborist, garden centres, green roofers, city and municipalities, golf courses and plant lovers in Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada' .... but they told me they don't ship to Nova Scotia. I responded by telling them they should update their website to reflect the fact they don't serve Atlantic Canada, and they just repeated themselves with 'sorry, we don't ship to Nova Scotia'...

So, you are bragging about serving regions you don't actually have any interest in, or is this like the folks on the west coast who think 'Atlantic Canada' and 'East Coast' are just terms for Hudson Bay?

Update your website or put your money where your mouth is.
