Heard about this place! Picked up some delicious Mexican Chorizo and Tortillas for a birthday dinner for Hubby. Great little place
Prices were quite good. The folks helping me were excellent and so knowledgeable. Great selection of products. Most definitely will return

We are regular customers here and I’m sad having to change my review… the last two times the service is a bit rude, not a greeting, no a thank you, nothing… the young girl wearing glasses who attended us before is very nice but this older lady doesn’t have a manner with clients.

I called as usual to order carnitas michoacanas for Saturday and we were told before by the nice young lady with glasses that if we order in advance we don’t have to line up, instead we can knock in the back door and they would handle the food to us there and pay, which we did before very fast and friendly, this time I called and I just wanted to politely remind them that we would meet them in the back as we did before and this other lady answered very quickly and a bit exasperated a: - “NO, we don’t do that, if there’s is a line outside you have to wait and line up”.
I can totally understand if you change the rules as you are the ones working there, but there’s a polite way to talk with customers and telling them about how others customers complained because they are waiting, I honestly understand that, we don’t have problem lining up outside as long as you’re providing friendly service and good food.

The other thing is that we ordered 1.5 kg, I asked if they used kg or lb and they said kilos… I know this is not too much difference but still you should give the clients what they’re paying for, we had 1,406 gr of meat instead of 1,500 gr. So disappointed.

Buenos productos, precio razonable pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Están más enfocados en pelear entre ellos que en atender a la personas que van a la tienda. Como tienda latina, les falta mucho en el buen trato y servicio que nos caracteriza.

Very bad experience, way too crowded , staff is very rude with zero customer service experience. Meat is below average quality far from other real butcher shops in Vancouver. All latin products can be found at any other latin stores in the area with a better customer satisfaction. Definitely not going back nor recommend this place to no one.

This butcher shop is like finding an oasis in a desert. If you want to try some meat cuts from Latin America like the Arrachera from Mexico or the chorizo, don't hesitate to visit this shop, you won't regret it! Or even if you are just looking for a great cut, this place has everything! Also products from mexico like tortillas, tajín, salsas, tortilla flour, etc.Go and check it out!
