We went to make a return at an empty store and were made to wait for an extended period of time during which we were given no explanation or service while the individual helping us proceeded to attend the phone and turn their back on us. We just ended up taking a walk around and to our surprise still no service. At this point we became upset which is when things got done. There was no reason they couldn't at least explain there would a delay or why. Instead the manager made it a priority to make us walk away from the service desk as not to disturb his employee any further with our presence. There was an obvious lack of diversity in the staff and it seems as though we were made to be second class/low priority to the point where we had manager more concerned about moving us aside then addressing the issue or the person responsible.

Stopped in today to pickup some common 6x6 lumber.

I was told the last lift they had was spoken for, had no quantity left to give me (only needed 6 pieces) after searching around for 15 minutes and realizing nobody picked up the restocking order.

We are a monthly charge account business and just can’t rely on their stock.

My son in law had some mechanical issues with his truck and a fine young man came over and was very eager to help. While we were trouble shooting the truck he kept asking what he can do to help and we were more than OK. He even went to his shack in the yard and got us some tools. Thank you very much. Don’t know his name but he deserves a big Thank You.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Rob today at the wye road Rona. I was in desperate need for house numbers for a project that my company is working on. He went out of his way to find the product and delivered. Very professional and efficient. It is why our business chooses to work with Rona.

Such a disappointing operation they have going on. For years I go in to try and support them as home Depot as a strong Monopoly on the business. But when you go in it's so quiet because there's no employees to help you. Today I went in for furnace filters. Website shows 17 in stock. Grabbed an associate in he confirmed their 17 in stock and told me they were in the back on a shelf and it would be a few hours before anybody would get them. The guy was doing nothing and talking to me with his hands in his pockets and looked like it was a big ordeal for him. It was just lazy. And then I went to customer service to pay for the items I did have and ask the customer service agent if this was normal procedure and he just looked at me with a blank face and said nothing.. unfortunately that's the end of shopping at Rona. I tried for years. And to be clear I was very polite and calm the entire time. I didn't get mad at anybody it was a complete waste of time and they had no desire to satisfy a customer
