I came in to get some keys made, it was done quickly. The staff was very friendly and made sure I knew if the keys did not work to come back. The keys worked perfect no issues and I will be back if I need any more made.

It was a wonderful experience for me and my wife to purchase from Rona Austin (Coquitlam, B.C.) due to the great TEAM. Karam was very nice and friendly person to recommend the correct products. Dalton was very helpful and cooperative to cut all the wood in the correct measurements in a very efficient and quickly way. Milrey was a nice person to coordinate and expidate our purchasing process. These people are an awesome ambassadors to Rona.

This rona is very close to home, I come here mostly for top soil for my garden they have a huge selection and its not expensive, large garden section. The outside of the building is looking a little run down needs to be redone soon. Great location, home, garden, patio and lawn stuff, friendly staff. Recommend.

We came in looking for a patio set and Krish was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was honest and not just looking to make a sale. He gave lots of great suggestions and we were very impressed with his customer service.

David helped us with loading the items in the car and went above and beyond. He ensured we were happy with the products and made sure they fit in our car.

Would definitely recommend visiting this location for friendly service and staff!

My message below:

Matej rejected me to return a pesticide item, saying that it is a provincial bylaw. When I asked why i didn’t see any notice about this return policy at the display window where i bought the pesticide, he didn’t answer my question. I had to louder my voice to repeat the question to make my question clear and heard, but then he threatened me he would call the police, saying because I yelled at him. I DID NOT yell at him! I just asked my question again and again loudly, because he never answered my question! Then he led me to the display window for the pesticides, and asked me to check a pamphlet there. He didn’t even bother to check whether the return policy is printed in the booklet (Actually, is there a return policy for pesticides at Rona?). When i asked where is the return policy, and this time my voice was not loud at all, he threatened to call the police again! I wouldn’t expect your worker could have such an attitude.

I believe I deserve to get the item returned, because Rona has not provided any information about the return policy for pesticides before or after I purchased the pesticide product.

If you buy a bbq make sure to inspect each piece before assembly. Unfortunately I bought a bbq for my dad on Father’s Day and we noticed lots of dents, paint chips and bent metal. We didn’t want to put everything back in the box, rent a van and return it so we mended it best we could.
