It's a great store if you know what you need, where to find it in the store, and the only assistance you need is to take your money.

I needed a deadbolt that was on the ONE shelf with locks on it. No one in sight to assist. Within eyesight of cash but no one noticed. Had someone paged and no one showed in 10 minutes.

I bought a Metabo air compressor went out of town, in wouldn't hold air, was leaking, I absolutely needed it that day. But I had to drive all the way back and was willing to exchange They wouldn't let me exchane it even though it says on the receipt, can return within 90 days.They said it was used. All I did was plug it in , didn't even hook up the hose, the manager, Helen said it was used, how stupid! Between Edmonton and fort McMurray, I spend tens of thousands of dollars on material at their stores but I will never shop there again.I will take all my business to home hardware! That Manager and her Co-worker disgusts me..., By the way, I went to home hardware and bought a different air compressor, they are so friendly over there and they always give me a discount.,

Its a Rona, what's there not to like about it, except that prices could be a bit more competitive. Usually on the pricier side compared to cdn tire. For this location, staff has always been helpful and kind. Variety of great products in summer n spring for yard n home.

Not the best customer service at all. Had to walk back to an aisle twice. Second time nobody showed up. Got what stuff I had and went to home hardware. Then walking out of the store (a hardware store), and the gutter is spewing water right at the exit door. Really nobody can fix it or maybe clean the gutters out? Shows how much they care about their customers.

as most of business here in town, service is awful, bought a gazebo and paid $80 plus taxes for delivery, for 8 km distance, so $10 per km!!!!! and they never showed up for the scheduled day, wasting the whole day waiting for it, they would not answer phone calls or anything, drove to the store to inquire about (wasting time and gas), and after a whole bunch of apologies and a "maybe" reimbursement ( that never happened) for the failed and late delivery, they delivered it 4 days after the scheduled day, never got any reimbursement and they wanted to even reschedule it for the second time. You go to a Rona down south, like Edmonton, and the service and the stores are great, ran by professionals, and focused on customer service, a totally different store it seems, but sadly here in Fort Mc as most of services and businesses, they are overpriced and being ran by ppl that don't care one bit and having the thought that, " "well , they don't have where else to go ...", keep playing the "shop local" card, so much about shopping local, even the toilette paper I am thinking of buying it in Edmonton, here nobody cares and everytime they can, they rip you off.

The worst, don't go here. Staff are useless, half the products are already damaged, prices are a rip off with inflated Fort McMurray tax. People need to stop going here so this town can get something better.
I would give 0 stars if it was possible.

Hi there, I usually have great customer service but tonight I have been standing at the paint counter for the past 30 minutes while I’ve seen 4 staff walk back and forth and the only person mixing paint is attempting to sell in the appliances. Truly disappointed
