I went into RONA earlier today to pick up a few items, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service. I didn’t even have to ask for help—an associate noticed I looked a bit unsure and immediately came over to assist me. It was such a smooth and pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and a stress-free shopping experience!

This store is so close to my home and convenient so it is really unfortunate that the customer service is so problematic. I online ordered a very large heavy order so wanted to ensure I made it as easy as possible for the store employees. With the online order process you can select your pick up date and a pickup window of time. I did just and received an email that the pickup time was confirmed. I went to the curbside pickup as per the email and hit the I'm here button. After waiting 15 minutes and no one came out, I went into the store. The girl working at the customer service counter herself is exceptional; however, no one else in the store seems to care. I waited another 45 minutes for the order to be brought out to my car and had to go in to the store 3x to check with the girl that it had not been forgotten. She seemed embarrassed and sadly the young men who finally brought the order were clearly in no rush and moving at a snail's pace. There was no apology at all for an hour wait in total. This is completely unacceptable. What is the point of picking a pickup day and selecting a specific time if they cannot care less about it. I won't ever do that again and sadly will only use the store for small quick things. I guess Home Depot is getting my business for large orders. One other improvement could be the ability for home delivery for free over a certain amount of purchase dollars. They advertise that but so few items qualify for it, it doesn't ever happen for the items I seem to have in my cart. This isn't specific to this location but Rona overall. I really wanted to endorse and support this business but sadly I cannot. I can see from the other reviews that the store near my home just doesn't seem to care about customers.

I called to check on a medicine cabinet that showed 1 in stock. Erin went to check physically to ensure that the item was in stock and brought it back so that I could put it on hold. She was kind, pleasant and very helpful!

1945 Barton. The location is clean, easy to navigate and has everything we needed in stock. Shannan O. was the best rep that we ever had at Rona. She went above and beyond helping us purchase a dryer. She saw that the laundry department was busy and the appliance agent was occupied and she stepped in. We wanted to get one on the same day and pick it up ourselves, most places don’t have them on the premises.it’s usually a 2-3 day delivery wait time but she took the time to see by a slim chance if there was one in the back. The next thing we know she returned with one loaded on a cart and brought it right up to the front for us. Her shift was over but continued to assist us. She even offered to help us load it. Please share our comments with Shannan O. That kinda of costumer service needs to be acknowledged. Thank you Rona and thank you Shannan.

Of all the big box stores Rona Barton is best in my experience. Well-stocked, well-staffed, bright and easy to navigate. Recently dealt with store manager Mel and Stephen and both were super helpful giving advice on my project and helping me find what I need. Highly recommended.

This is my go to store for just about everything! I’ve never had a bad experience here. While the customer service is always spot-on, it’s been absolutely exceptional lately! I’m in the middle of a stressful kitchen renovation and no matter what I’m looking for, the sales associates go above and beyond to help me. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Wanda in the kitchen department! She is very personable and she knows her stuff when it comes to kitchens. She found me the sink I was looking for and had a lot of very helpful suggestions for other aspects of my renovation. She’s a gem, and I’ll be back to see her for anything else I need for my kitchen. I highly recommend visiting this Rona+

Personally I like RONA I ordered few things in the past, purchase online and having good experience all the time, this location is pretty big and I was expecting good, however customer service is pathetic no body bothered to come and help we ask for help 3 times a young boy tried to call someone but no one appeared and we left without having interaction of related department person. Which is very unsatisfactory because other location of RONA even small but they take care everytime.
