I was at this place to buy and see more options of outdoor fixtures and light bulbs. It was my first time so not aware of there renovations, also it’s pretty big space to find out the item you are looking for. Finally I found out the fixtures but again for bulbs I was looking for any worker who can direct me or find out the bulbs for me( as I was with my baby). No one is here to help you or give you an idea where exactly you will find the item. Definitely they need more knowledgeable people. Location is very good with many parking spots.

Tracy from customer service was absolutely incredible with helping me return something. It was a long process because my return was complicated.
After some time there was a huge lineup and she was working all by herself and called for help over the speaker 6 times and no colleagues came to help until the 7th time she called over the speaker for help.
She remained calm the whole time and dealt with everything and everyone amazingly. She deserves employee of the month and a raise and more!

Worst customer service ever seen, with Tracy she just refuse to take the mat cleaner back and i take it back twice and clean then also she was not satisfied and refuse to give my deposit back, i just end up giving her my deposit and never gonna come back. I would always prefer to shop at home depot where they have professionals to clean their tools when someone use those.

Great selection however the staff doesn’t even acknowledge that you are in the store. Many times they seem to hide when needing help.
Paint department is about the only area in the store that I don’t have to track down an employee to help me.

We could not have been more impressed with a store as this one.
When we walked in and found our fire tables right away, ROBERT came up to us with a smile, offering his assistance.
He was so pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and honest, one could not help but want to buy, which we did. When we got home, we ordered the same unit that ROBERT helped us with online from Lowes.

Big shout out to Chad who helped us out picking up a dishwasher today. You can tell Rona was short staffed but Chad helped us out and others during our visit. Give that man a raise!

Ordered a front load washer and arranged for delivery the next week. The day before I called to make sure that it was still going to be delivered as arranged. They explained to me that the wear house had not received my washer and so it would not be delivered the day we had agreed. When I went into the store that day there was a sign on the same washer I order stating “Take Me Home Today”. When I inquired with a sales person they informed me that there were multiple in stock. I cancelled my order without them even apologizing or giving a valid reason.

Does anyone work here? Came in to purchase some lumber and other product. Couldn't find anyone to help me. Went to the front counter and it took 15 min to find someone. Left very disappointed. Went over to Home depot and within 3 min I had help with what I was looking for and out in 15 . Maybe hire more people to work there
