This store must have terrible management because the staff and the store are a disaster. Staff all acted like it was a chore to even respond to me. The woman working the back cashier looked right at me and wouldn't even exit her both to help me. A guy got on a lift right next to me, the thing was moving around the aisle while he was in the air!? With customers in the aisle. There wasn't an empty large cart in sight, they all had stuff on them that the staff was using. The whole back door was blocked by a shipment and no one was dealing with it. This place is the Kmart of hardware stores. The store manager needs a new job.

I will never not shop at RONA if I can help it. The customer service here is always top notch. I tried to buy a drill at Canadian Tire and waited over ten minutes for an available staff member to unlock it for me, and ultimately gave up and went to RONA. In RONA before I’d even had a chance to get to the drill aisle, somebody was already helping me.
Every time I’ve been to RONA the staff have been genuinely cheerful and helpful, so whatever they’re doing for customer service training is working. Plus my dog LOVES wandering round the store and they have treats at the checkouts 😉

Worse service ever. We needed just to replace an interior door. After 6 month still no door; after they took all the fees ahead. The door never arrived. They took the money, they measured, and then said: it'll take 2 weeks, oh sorry, 3 more, oh sorry, beginning of the next month, the end of this month, and so on. Half a year! After this, finally the door has arrived! The installers went to pick it up, and found an old used door with the holes from the previous screws and old handle... What is it? Scam? They said they were sorry again, they will order a new one, it, unfortunately, will take... No thank you. We cancelled the order.
I'm giving one star for the very nice poor clerk that was very responsive and polite, and for that they gave me all the money back. I'm really grateful.
We found a little local family business, and after a week we had a new beautiful door installed.

I am shocked. I have lived on the North Shore for 56 yrs. I have never seen anything worse what happened to this store?

Sure plenty of parking and nice staff when you can find them.

The aisle is all in disarray and products are overly priced and dusty and dirty floors and honestly it’s not the Rona I remember.

I truly believe this store can do better. I think the management needs to look at Canadian Tire.

I really do not like giving poor reviews but it has to be side, clean up the aisle, get staff on at more than one cashier, take pride in your products and displays need to be replaced and organized and tidy your shelves.

I know your store can do better. I know it’s hard finding good people and living wages are horrible but you have to pay to get good staff and your store will change for the better.

Last week, I went in to find one item, and while the cashiers were perfectly kind and helpful (ordinarily I would forgive the other digressions and still give at least three stars), the girl with the two toned hair was absolutely horrible when I went to ask for help. She was on her phone constantly and acted like it was a chore to be there. Really unprofessional and upsetting.
