The gents in the lumberyard really went above and beyond today in helping me get my doors sorted out, as well as customer service. Im currently working on what I call "The Money Pit" home and have been feeling overwhelmed with everything that's wrong with this house. Feels reassuring knowing the staff of Rona are there to help.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. In paint department looking at paint, with a employee clearly not interested in helping but I went over anyways to ask a question and got meet with "maybe you should go ask the guys at the help desk......their not that busy". Waited to talk to someone at the desk when one of them left for lunch, the only reason why I knew that is cuz she announced it to the whole store that she was going for lunch. So after waiting almost 40 minutes it was finally my turn when the guy said give me one sec there's a woman I got to help out first she came in this morning and now she's back. That was enough for me I decided to leave and never to return.

This store has nothing in it everytime I go, no corner bead, no door casing now instead of being 10 minutes from my job I have to drive to Calgary and go to home depot. If you can't keep contractor's supplies close the doors absolutely useless store

Sparcely stocked store making other stops required, or partial online ordering. Staff is friendly and the store is clean and organized.

Purchased 10 bags of drainage rock one night. Next day, I received an email my order was ready. Went to the store and their yard to pick it up and there were only 7 bags left. I needed 10 so picked up 3 similar bags as result. I then had to go back and forth from their yard and store to sort it out. Not one person apologised for their mistake, they had me running around and had the nerve to try and charge me extra for the 3 bags. No explanation why my order was not ready. One man at the customer service desk literally walked off with another customer whilst dealing with me. They wanted to refund me for the 3 bags I didnt get, and pay extra for the 3 other bags I picked up. No, you guys messed up my order. I normally have a normal and decent customer service experience at this store, but not yesterday.

We purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher today. Jacob, an associate, approached us and asked if we needed help or had any questions. We found this young man to be very professional, polite and quite knowledgeable on the products we were considering. Without being pushy he offered sound advice and was more than willing to look up specifics he didn’t know off the top of his head. He was very personable and a true pleasure to deal with. Thank you Sir!
