Ordered soil online as suggested by staff to get the sale price as the store was out and waiting on an shipment. The computer incorrectly said there were 33 bags left but no one corrected it, so I was notified via email that my order was ready. When I went in they told me they would call me when it came in. Almost 2 months later I went in to check and was told
that the soil had been discontinued, and all they could do is refund my money. I would have been happy to wait until spring but I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority. Very disappointing.

the service here is great here for customer service and I have no problems with the staff that are always helpful in helping customers. if the staff doesn't know how to answer a question you can go back the next day and see someone who can answer 1 question or more questions that you have to ask.
