Beautiful garden with stunning views and well manicured lawns and flowerbeds. I visited Laking when the peonies and irises were in full bloom and the flowers were gorgeous. Rows of flowers of every color with clear labels on their names and species. The garden itself is small but there are lots of flowers here. It smelled really nice since everything was blooming. FYI you have to pay for parking here. It's $3 per hour when I went. Make sure to bring your cameras since the flower beds make a great backdrop.

This garden is included in the Royal Botanical Garden general admission ticket. It’s a beautiful garden although at the time of our visit there were not as many flowers as it should have had few weeks earlier. If you park close the road the bridge over the railroad offers a unique opportunity to watch the GO Train passing under.

Mom says this is the best place in Canada so far after Niagara Falls. Went here on Father’s Day, was my first Father’s Day and the fam wanted to go out, so took them here. Amenities are great. Food options are ok, nothing extraordinary except the afternoon tea experience.

But, who goes to RBG for food? People visit to soak
themselves in the beauty of nature. And RBG does not hold back.

The gardens are very well maintained, you need an entire day to soak in all it has to offer so plan well in advance.

We will definitely be going back to soak some more. I had Canoo membership, but most folks had RBG membership so worth looking into.

The Rock garden was amazing and so was the greenhouse. The Laking was good but if you have a ticket you should be able to use it for parking. Why do you make people pay for parking? Yes, we were told that the parking on the second level is free but no sign of it and no indication on how to get there neither. The Hendrie garden wasn’t weeded and isn’t well maintained. The Woodland area has a well kept boardwalk. Luckily we fished our visit at the Rock garden, on a good impression.

You'll have to be a member or have a ticket to get in, aside from paying the parking fee, which needs to be displayed at the car. We pass by the place as we walk by the boardwalk at Hendrie Valley Sanctuary. I thought we would have a look. The lady there was nice, she let us in even without a ticket or not member, we didn't bother to bring a wallet as we didn't expect it to be open and it's our first time heading there. The place was nice, look small but large enough for the scenery of plants and a house (unaccessible but brings beauty as a view). It's probably not really for family bypass or picnics as there are no kids' playground nor a swimming pool, or a splashpad. However, this place could turn out fantastic for venue like parties such as weddings, birthday parties, or anything buffets, given if they can accommodate private events. It's large enough to accommodate guests. I would give it a 5star, but since I'm more looking into family get-away, but maybe for people looking for a special place to throw out a party, this place is probably worth the option.

Like every place at the royal Botanical gardens, it's majestic, magical, and spectacular. In June, the iris and peonies are in full bloom .pack a picnic and enjoy . Dog friendly.

Nice piece of paradise away from the hustle and bustle. Nice variety. Look out for the local wildlife as well, you never know what nature wishes to show.

The flower beds could do with a little love but all in all a lovely time out.
