Just got an order of ground beef. Fantastic! The flavour and texture are outstanding. For the first time in her life my wife enjoyed ground beef with only a little salt added. I didn't have to chug liquid between bites because the beef was so moist. Perfect. Rua Meats kindly included some complimentary Italian sausages. They were also a big hit with other members of the household and my wife and I can't wait to dig into ours. We know they will be awesome. If you're not getting your meat from Rua Meats, you aren't enjoying real meat at its finest. Locally sourced, grass fed, not injected up the wazoo with chemicals: pure meat your taste buds, stomach, and other bodily systems will thank you for. Take it from a couple who have been on the carnivore diet for 3 years (we've tried more than a few butcher shops): Rua Meats is the real deal.

I cannot express how pleasantly surprised and impressed I am with this facility. The owner reached out before the adventure started to introduce himself and give me a pre-process walk-through, which was incredibly valuable. Since it was my first time, I had no idea what I was doing, but I was met by the most wonderful blue-haired lady, Jane (if I remember correctly), who made the entire process painless. She answered every question and made me feel comfortable throughout. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I highly recommend this company!
