Absolutely will never buy bugs from here again. A couple bad batches of superworms and my geckos tank was infested with grain mites. He is now sick and recovering still (I did not notice the mites in the worms till it was too late). Horrible upkeep and cleanliness on packaging bugs, never again.

Just a great pet store. The animals they do sell appear very healthy and well taken care of. Even the reptiles have properly set up enclosures.
Wonderful staff too. Friendly and helpful every time.

Can’t beat the price. Staff are very friendly but need to do more work on their product. I have to do research on my own ahead of time. Recently I bought Algae eater fish label as Siamese Algae eater. After got back home, released to the tank(30 min after) and end up it is Chinese Algae Eater which is bad one. Now I can’t catch it and return to store. My tank full of live plants. Which someday I found it dead on the floor.

Absolutely Disgusting - Worst Pet Store Ever!"

This is by far the worst pet store I've ever been to. The entire place smells horrible, like something is rotting in the back, and the aisles are filthy. But the fish section is the worst! The tanks are disgusting, with algae growing everywhere and dead fish just floating around, completely ignored. I couldn't believe how cloudy and dirty the water was — it looked like they hadn’t cleaned it in weeks.

The fish themselves looked sickly and miserable, with some covered in white spots or lying at the bottom of the tank, barely moving. This store clearly doesn’t care about the health or quality of its fish, or any of its animals for that matter. I can’t believe they’re allowed to keep animals in these conditions.

If you’re looking for a pet or supplies, do yourself (and the animals) a favor and go somewhere else. This place deserves zero stars if that were possible.

The teenage staff are mostly friendly, the adults working there are not. One man working there completely ignores me, he acts as though I am not standing at the counter waiting to pay nor does he notify another staff to come to the cash area. I have left empty handed and shopped elsewhere because of it. I have 5 pets: rodents, fishies and a large dog, the few times staff at this new location store have given me advice about pets and pet products it is contradictory to what my veterinarian recommends. At other pet stores in Stratford the staff will research with you to figure out how to best serve you instead of purely sales driven advice.
