Went for a phesant/chucker hunt at Ruffwood Farms with 4 friends yesterday and had Mike the guide and his dog. Worth every penny of it! We ended up with 12 of 12 phesants and 3 of 5 chuckers! What an awesome property to hunt on, lots of fun and looking forward to having phesant for dinner!

Easy to walk around the property, Mike was great to chat with and keeps an amazing property and business. Cant wait to go again!

5 stars for sure! Great location, wonderful plot of land to go hunting on. Lots of areas of water which they've built bridges to cross. Mike was extremely accommodating and helpful. He even checked on us to see how we were doing and gave us a hand when we came up short. Just an all around great place to go. Looking forward to enjoying the chukar we got!

Good fun for the whole family! We had a great time and would recommend this as a perfect introduction to hunting, or just a good way to spend the day. The dogs are awesome, and it's fun to watch them work. The best part was being able to get outside with family and do some real bonding. I believe my father in-law started liking me that day. I could be wrong... but he didn't shoot me so I think we're good. Another cool thing about it is being able to enjoy the day again later at the BBQ. I can't say enough about the experience. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time and I appreciate it. It may not be "Real" hunting, but it's a billion times better than Buck Hunter on Xbox. Which is also cool.

Ruffwood Brittany's were referred to us by another Professional breeder and trainer in Northern Ontario. Ruffwood was his only recommend for breed that we had looked so hard to find. Ruffwood's discerning process was deliberate and fair. Mike and Donna Wilshire are honest, caring and responsible breeders. I would not hesitate to refer anyone interested in this amazing Pointing breed to Ruffwood Brittany's.

Had a great time with my old man. Got 8/10 birds, without a dog. This would definitely be a great place to bring a first time hunter and to give a new bird dog some practice!
