Wow! What a fantastic service experience. The organization was top-notch. Craig truly went above and beyond, handling our order for four consecutive days of catches. Craig's staff expertly processed everything and meticulously packed it, ensuring it was ready for our flight to Ottawa. Even with a long layover in Vancouver, we were thrilled to discover the product was still perfectly frozen upon arrival back home. That's a testament to the quality of the packing and attention to detail! A big thank you to all the staff at Rupert Meats!!

When i bought this less then an hour ago it Looked great from the outside but once it was opened it did not look very good at all. 2 packages almost 15 bucks. Debating , cook for the dogs or throw in the garbage. Certainly will not buy burger there again.

Great staff and great service. Our fish and seafood were all prepped and packaged perfectly for a reasonable price. They also have a wide variety of ready to eat and fresh meats available in store as well.

I went here to get my fish processed after a fishing charter on June 4th. Very friendly staff and informative. I came the day before the charter to make sure they could take my fish, to which they stated no problem.

I came back with 3 halibut and 1 salmon to which they quartered for me, vacuum sealed and flash freezed. Fish was still frozen in our cooler when we drove 9 hrs home.

Reasonably priced. Would recommend to any who needs their fish processed.

Note: I tried their beef jerky - delicious.

Love this locally owned shop! The staff are outstanding and very knowledgeable with respect to the meat, soups etc that they sell.
I purchased a beautiful Ribeye cut to my specifications yesterday.
Did a bbq today and have to say it was one of the nicest steak in terms of flavour and tenderness I have eaten.
I would definitely recommend Rupert Meats!!

I have shopped at Rupert meats for 9 years now, have never had an issue.
I started a delivery business for Lax kw'alaams people I boast about rupert meats for.
Every order I have ever picked up was paid for via EMT because we live in Lax kw'alaams and have to catch a ferry. This most recent time Saturday the 6th I had picked up an order buy had an extra pair of hands for help. After I had got to the ferry he had handed me a recipet the order was already paid a day in advance. I was already boarding the ferry. The owner then stated we have to come in for refund a little annoyed I agreed and came in the following Monday and the refund would not reverse.
It is now Tuesday I spent $62 just to get my refund to get stuck here and sleep in my car because they keep saying they will EMT me.
Not happy and because of the new new treatment I will no longer pick up for Lax kw'alaams and will not be back
