Была в этой больнице, мне очень понравился массаж махмеда. Все круто классно, но только ко мне подошел какой то мужик по имени Шон, и угостил крысой. Но после отвел меня в кабинет хирургии, и глав врач наконец то вылечил мой головной мозг.

What a spectacular and beautiful piece of history, I so wish they still did tours.. for sentimental purposes.
Absolutely gorgeous property to walk around, come prepared with a lot of time on your hands because there's a lot distance to cover and everywhere you look there's something that catches your eye.
Couldn't go in the main building as they were filming so will have to go back, so worth the trip.

This site was a whole lot bigger than I was expecting before I went. I mean, I was expecting one building and there were many more buildings than that! It was just amazing seeing all the old buildings, and imagining the history that took place in each one of them. The architecture is phenomenal; buildings this old are rare in British Columbia. Security patrols the whole area; it's rare to be somewhere on the lot and not have a security car within view. Go here and take a walk around, taking in the views and maybe relaxing for a bit in the large, still-intact gazebo. Riverview Hospital is just an incredible historical site overall, I highly recommend checking it out!

It's a beautiful place to walk around. And such a shame BC's government doesn't give a s* to preserve the history of it. A lot of movies amd series are filmed here and you have a great chance to walk in to one of sets any day of the week...

Really creepily beautiful place. Seemingly endless number of buildings you just want to go in and explore, with an atmosphere unmatched anywhere else in the lower mainland. I am glad they are reviving the mental hospital portion of this once misused land.

The parking and driving requires some planning. Its pretty easy to get lost in here and go in circles, and be wary of the many strange stop signs. Residents often watch for people violating traffic laws and subsequently record licence plates and get people ticketed.

Riverview, my favorite bench! Located at the top of Riverview. Best views, quiet but sometimes you see other people. Beautiful landscaping!
