Good choice of foods available at this Superstore. One can even call it a big Grocery Store and the choice of raw fresh fruits and vegetables was better here than at the Walmart Store of Prince Rupert. There are some snack and bakery stalls within the store where one can buy ready to eat stuff and have it there itself. The staff are friendly and do a quick job of the billing. We were saved the trouble of eating out at a restaurant every time, as we had a kitchen and fridge at the hostel where we stayed.

Really have to check expiration dates here, oranges totally suck most of the year,thin skin from dehydration in storage,can tell there's fermentation starting rotten fruit.
Same with potatoes at least 5% to 10% rotten old potatoes stored too long..meat is over priced as are lots of their products. I do not like shopping there ,I don't feel comfortable shopping there anymore. I don't care for how our tax dollars are supporting big companies like this one..

It's a great store with pleasant people, Their vegetables and fruit are nice and fresh, If you're wanting some food for lunch or on the go they have a great tasting selection in the deli area, The pharmacy is pleasant and helpful staff. The meat department is not always great with the price but the fresh meat is quality.

No cameras outside facing the parking lot what a joke. . You can over hear all the managers talking bad about their workers. What a poor work place to witness and on top of all that you see the workers sometimes clean them selves sometimes they don’t before helping you. If the workers are wearing jewelry in the front Makes you wonder what goes on in the back behind those doors where they actually put the food together. Pharmacy is the best one in town though wish they weren’t affiliated.
