I would say that Silverfox is likely the best vet that we’ve taken our westies to. We just recently had to put our senior westie, Belle down and Dr.Pickering was absolutely amazing. I was completely distraught and upset, as it was unexpected that day but she gave me the time I needed with my girl before she crossed the rainbow bridge. I’ve only received the best care at this veterinary office and I will continue to take my little guy Samson there. Thank you to the ladies at this clinic for all that they do for our precious pets. ?

Probably the worst experience I ever had walking into a Veterinary Clinic...not quite sure who the Receptionist is (there were two) but one of them certainly could use an attitude adjustment . Very rude and unprofessional right from the start. She didn't even seem to like animals ! When I finally seen the Vet for my sick kitten she was very pleasant and helpful. Too bad about the Receptionist. If it wasn't for the animals she wouldn't have a job...think they better consider getting someone in the front who knows how to deal with people and animals in a more professional manner.

This vet has been responsible for my dogs care for over 11 years, they remember him when he walks in and they check on him after his visits. Recently I had to put him down, the entire team had tears in their eyes when I left. They sent a card in the mail signed by the team, and during the process I had their entire team on deck for helping my dog stay comfortable. Nothing short of compassionate and I wouldn’t have wanted my experience to turn out any other way. Thank you so much

Dr. Pickering, Kim and Julia have all been wonderful everytime I have to take my dog to get looked at. Such compassion and so helpful with suggestions on different tests and options. They always treat my dog like one of their own. So thankful for this team.
