Disappointing Experience — Delivery Issues

I was really looking forward to surprising my wife with a bouquet as a mood booster while I was at work. The bouquet itself was stunning — beautiful and exactly as described. However, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing.

Despite providing clear instructions, including the buzzer code and a request to bring it to the door, the delivery person just left the bouquet in the corner of the condo building lobby. To make matters worse, I had even left a tip with my order.

When I reached out to the shop to address the issue, they were unresponsive and showed no accountability for the poor service. As a result, I won’t be ordering from them again for my wife’s weekly bouquet.

If you value reliable delivery and customer service, I would highly recommend considering other options.

TLDR - Flowers are nice, but not enough to make-up for poor communications for orders, delivery, and subsequent customer service. Disappointing for a local business.

Long form - The flowers are nice. The customer service is disappointing. I was the recipient of the bouquet, the sender ordered online internationally - seemingly causing confusion. Bouquet was communicated to be delivered on a particular day, then delayed to next. I specified on the phone to deliver the following day after 4:30pm - it arrived 3 hours early and had to be placed outside as I could not collect it. Delivery driver hid them well, but ants got into the bouquet by the time I retrieved it. Contacted the store again, there seemed to be an additional charge to update the delivery (?) - which, as the recipient, seems inappropriate to bring up to. Said person mentioned they informed the delivery driver to arrive after 4:30pm. Contacted the delivery driver shortly after they dropped off and hid the bouquet, they claimed to not be informed to deliver after 4:30pm. Had to brush and blow off many ants before taking inside, now hoping the flowers will last for several days.

Do not use this florist. I was sent flowers by them through an international flower delivery company. The flowers were wilted and dying from day one and within three days of receiving them I had to throw them in the garbage. What makes me really angry as my son paid a lot of money for an international delivery and what he was paying for was not worth, a dime. I tried following up with the company but got zero response even after sending them pictures. To top it all off they don’t even use proper enclosure cards just a crumpled piece of paper hand torn. Unbelievable, if I could give zero stars, I would.

Highly recommend This florist. Need flowers go here!! The service and quality is out of this world. Shout out to Mina, she went above and beyond to create the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen. The quality and size was out of this world. We have never seen an arrangement like this for such reasonable price. The customer service was incredible. We had to call her the next day to thank her. We are in aww and out living room smells amazing. Mina is a sweetheart and so kind. Wish there were more florists that provide quality and service like this.

Poor Quality Flowers and Customer Service
I had flowers delivered and was very sad that someone spent a good amount of money on this order. Bouquet was 70% foliage with 6 coronations and 6 roses. Bouquet looked large simply bc of the foliage. The roses were already in a state of decay and by second day pedals were falling. I called the store and they said they would report to manager. I was asked to send pictures in email and never received a reply. I then called the larger head office and they quickly dismissed me. I can tell by the response in others feedback that they simply don’t care to change their practice. Same copy and paste reply ‘you get 10 dollar coupon off next order’ ! I am going to check with FTD that they exclude this shop from being on their list of international flower delivery! Shame on them for continuing this practice of sending decaying flower bouquets to recipients

Extremely disappointing service. Delivery was not on time and the delivery person left the flowers and personal message outside in public place, even when told not to leave outside. On top, the delivery guy is not fluent in English, so, very hard to communicate. Please don't waste your money, they know how to ruin the surprises.

I received a bouquet for my business anniversary. The flowers are bright and pretty but I was shocked to see them in a jar! The sender had asked that they be arranged in a clear vase. There was no decorative ribbon to disguise the threading of the jar top. There was no flower fresh. The business card is a bad photocopy. All in all, very unprofessional! I would never, ever recommend this company, which pains me, being a small business owner myself.
