Prices are very high and what’s funnier, you may find it cheaper in the grocery store.

Yes it says random sizes on the box, but they were all medium/large which is still comparable.

The most recent times before when I got it directly from the Sargent farms store, the meat had plenty of fat still on it. Quality has definitely decreased, couple that with the price increases which never seem to stop. I understand that things are getting more expensive but customers can tell when it’s price gouging vs not. Plus, people are still willing to pay if the quality is consistently good but even that has slipped significantly.

I’ve been a regular customer at Sargent Farms in Milton for a while, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning after my recent experience. Not only has the price of their chicken breast jumped by $20, but the quality has dropped significantly — which is extremely disappointing for a business I once trusted.

Most concerning of all, I found a bone in a supposedly boneless chicken breast. This is a serious safety issue, especially since I’m feeding young children. It’s unacceptable for a company selling fresh poultry to overlook something so basic — it’s not just careless, it’s dangerous.

I used to come here for quality and consistency, but sadly, that no longer seems to be the case. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements, but for now, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been shopping at this location going on 7 years. Hours are very agreeable for working peoples schedules. Being open 7 days a week is very helpful. The quality of the product is top notch! But one of my main reasons for returning week after week is the excellent customer service I get from staff and customer service excellence from Diane. Always helpful and pleasant with a smile to greet all. All in all this location is fortunate to have a great staff! Keep up the excellent work!

Me and my family like sagent Farms Chicken. I came to know about this shop in 2018, since then I never bought chicken for my family from anywhere else. NOW WE ARE MOVING IN HAMILTON, PLEASE OPEN YOUR SHOP IN HAMILTON. THERE IS A LARGE POPULATION OF MUSLIM FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD LIVES THERE AND NO SHOP FOR BULK CHICKEN PURCHASE. ARABIC PEOPLE WOULD LOVE TO BUY CHICKEN IN BULK.

I came in really hoping to get a specific item, but it was sold out. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me find a great alternative. Honestly, customer service like that is hard to come by these days. I’ll definitely be back!

I'm extremely disappointed with the recent changes to Sargent Farm's chicken products. Prices keep increasing, but the quality has noticeably decreased. Specifically, the chicken leg quarters, thighs, and drumsticks don't taste fresh. Given the price, I expect better quality and value. I hope Sargent Farm will revisit their pricing and quality standards to meet customer expectations.

I had a horrible experience at the Milton location with the “supervisor” Diane where she gave us the wrong order and was incredibly rude to several customers. She should not be dealing with any customers and I will not be coming here as long as she is working. I urge management to change her role into a non-customer facing one as it will hurt your business.

I met one of their workers at Jumah and he was super polite. He explained the different kinds of chicken they sell and even told me to come in the morning to get the best stuff on sale.
